I had a fabulous but brief stay while moving my daughter into an apartment nearby. I arrived exhausted, but the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They greeted me with cold water and a Burt’s Bees chap stick. It is amazing what an impact friendliness and little extras can have on your day. Room was small, but adequate and comfortable. Cool modern vibe. I will definitely stay again soon!

We stayed for a few days to get some shopping done before the holidays. Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff and a nice convenient spot to great restaurants. Have always loved the dining room and the roof top. The room was fine. Only issue was the shampoo dispenser was not working properly and the coffee was not great. This moved my review of room from excellent to good.

An amazing hotel. I loved the room, the amenities available, and especially the great care the hotel (and staff) invested in making my birthday a wonderful one. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and I enjoyed the view. We've enjoyed our many previous visits to the rooftop bar and worked during their breakfast hours, and finally enjoyed a room to our delight!

We stayed one night when in town for DPAC. The pricing is a bit upscale, but doesn't deliver on that. The carpet was dirty both at check in Sat. afternoon and on checkout at 11 next morning (leaves, bits of paper). The elevator was out and clearly had been for a while. An empty luggage cart in our hallway was there our entire stay. And we had trouble getting the attention of the checkout and check in staff, who all seemed to be easily distracted by colleagues and things happening in the lobby. We waited while the checkout clerk talked with no less than 4 other staff members before she had time for us. We were also charged after we checked out for mini bar items we did not take, though they credited us when we called. Food in the restaurant was good, service there was better than in the rest of the hotel. My overall impression was that the hotel was missing an experienced top level manager, the kids were in charge.
