Historic cabins surrounding a natural "healing spring" discovered in 1884. Water from the spring has been recorded as having curative powers. Most of the cabins available for your use are the original cabins built in the early 1900's. Our cozy cabin rentals have been sympathetically restored and feature comfortable furnishings and plush beds with modern comforts. Our cabins range in size from a cozy cabin for two to spacious family cabins that sleep eight, to glamping style camping cabins Many of our cabins are pet friendly! Healing Springs Farm raises grass fed Belted Galloway cattle, woodland heritage breed pigs and pastured chickens. Our pastured meats and free range eggs are available for sale in our Farm Store, right on the property. We also make jams and jellies along with artisan soaps and body products.

We highly recommend a stay in the Baker Drive Farmhouse. 1/2 mile up the road from the cabin area at Healing Springs, this is the place to come to truly get away. The house has comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, terrific wi-fi, and a great kitchen. It is somewhat retro, but in a charming way. There are ample supplies of books and games, plus places to walk and soak in the beautiful mountain views. Anne and everyone at Healing Springs takes care of every need. We enjoyed the cows in a nearby field and visiting the chickens near the farm store. Be ready for adventure as you come up Baker Road -- it can be a jolting drive, but always exciting. The Healing Springs water and the fresh air would be good for everyone.

Property's Favorite Review
My husband and I stayed there in the Pine Cabin this past weekend, June 7-9th and had a wonderful time! The property is very nice and peaceful, the cabin was adorable, very clean, and the bed was extra cozy and comfortable. It rained all weekend and we loved being able to sit on the covered porch and watch the rain. Anne was very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend Healing Springs for a getaway and we are looking forward to our next visit. I have even recommended my parents come enjoy a long weekend!

We actually got engaged on the front porch of one of these beauties in 2016. We had the best time, went fishing, visited a brewery or two, played in the creek that ran through our front yard, and had s'mores every night by the fire just steps away from our porch! Our two dogs joined us and had equally as much fun if not more! My grandmother was actually born here in one of the cabins and it's a truly special place for me, I suppose that's why my husband chose this place to propose. There's something truly special about this area and it's beauty. We are planning our next trip already and can't wait to come back. True fun and relaxation! Thank you so much!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Listening to the brook just outside this secluded paradise, surrounded by beautiful trees made this is a magical experience! I visited the cows in the nearby pasture, picked up colorful fall leaves, and just soaked in all the natural calm and beauty. My room was immaculate and so restful! If you enjoy peace and nature's beauty at a very reasonable price, this is the place for you!

Found the Cabins on Trip Advisor while looking for an out of the way spot to complete a Fall mountain vacation. Chose a cabin based on description and it suited us perfectly. The only surprise was that the road through the site was a public road and it did get quite busy mornings and early evening. After dark there was total peace-just the crickets! Nice amenities and updated bathroom. Even a space heater in the bath! Stayed in the Owl Cabin and loved the porch and kitchenette.

Thanks the taking the time to leave a review. We do get some morning and afternoon traffic through Healing Springs Road. We love being able to hear the noise of nature and the creek that runs through the property and see the night stars. While our cabins look rustic from the outside, we do have modern comforts and amenities inside :) We do hope to see you again soon.
