My family was at the Pioneer for the weekend; we had a lovely cottage, that had the most peaceful deck.

Cosy cottages,no kitchen but they do have microwave and fridge.

I do appreciate the review but you have mistaken our property for someone else. Our cottages have full kitchens. We do not offer a shuttle. Not sure where you stayed but I m sure they would appreciate this review.

Sorry we ve had trouble getting on this site. This guest has already stayed with us and gone. But i would like to address Deanna D or whomever answered this question not only without the authority to do so but gave our incorrect information. I realize we missed this question for Brian B and I do apologize for that, But giving out false info to our guests is really inexcusable and I would like to know who did this and I d like to know why they thought it was ok to do that as if they were affiliated with my company. m not going to pretend that this is not upsetting and also that it affected our interaction with our guest negatively. Plus the guest had not advised us of having pets and he was in a cabin that did not allow pets. all of this could have been avoided by an unauthorized person not answering this question and the guest should have called our property directly. I do realize if we had been more on the spot with our reply that would have been ideal. But I feel that someone was posing as a rep. of our company and our guest thought that too.
