Stayed here recently for a business trip, and it was a good location, where you could walk to the casino if you wished. The breakfast buffet was okay, but not many hot options available. The rooms were nice, and you can tell this is a newer hotel option. It was affordable, under $100 and within walking of the casino and several eating options.

Everything at this hotel was great except the WiFi and almost none existent cell service. Talked to reception about WiFi and they said the owner put in a home based system instead of a business type. I would have stayed an extra night but I love my Netflix and YouTube. I have At&t so that could be the cell problem. Going to Asheville for better cell service.

We stayed for a night in between travel around North Carolina. Staff was very friendly and building was clean. WiFi did not work and was terrible. Directly across the street from the casino, felt safe. No frills but not outdated.

First time staying at this lodge. It is a nice place to stay and across the street from Harrah Cherokee Casino. Place was very clean and the staff was friendly. Price was good and the room was very clean. I liked the fact that the lodge had a good mix or modern mixed in with some traditional looks. The color scheme is a little on the green side that may seem a little odd but it works good for this property. Safe area and location is perfect if you want to be across the street from the casino. Good amount of parking available. Would recommend this place for a second stay. Overall, a great experience. Try and get a room on a higher level if you want to get some good views of the surrounding area.

Clean and nice place. With good cosmetics in bathroom. Big plus was a complimentary breakfast. We got for breakfast: waffles, fruits, milk, cream cheese and bagels, muffins, hot chocolate, coffee, oat meal and yogurt. Not bad to continue the road. We got rooms on a first floor, I change it for the higher floor, because it was just one minus - no curtains on a windows, just a shutters.
