We have been to this campground several times, it is a nice place but this last time we felt like the overall facility needed a face lift of sorts. The campsites were not very level and the fire pits were falling apart and really in very poor locations for each camper. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The bath... More

Since there aren’t many RV Parks in this area, this RV Park was adequate and we would consider staying again. It is located in a nice area surrounded by the Smoky Mountains and fairly close to some small town attractions, including a casino. We didn’t use the parks bathrooms or showers so we can’t comment. Our gravel pull-thru site was... More

My husband and I stayed at this campground for five days in September. The spaces were a little tight for a class A motorhome pulling a vehicle, but we did have a pull thru so that helped a lot. We found the staff to be very nice. The campground was not very busy so perhaps they were not feeling overwhelmed... More

By the reviews I didn't know if I wanted to stay here. Saying office staff was unfriendly. I'm glad to say that we did not have that problem. Everyone was very nice. Campsites are spacious, bathrooms are very clean. WiFi was hit or miss and I love my technology, but you're camping! It made me remember some of the things... More

Most of the staff, especially the office ladies, are very unfriendly. My husband called Friday to let them know we will be late. The lady he spoke with said "no problem just tell the guard". Evidently she did not pass it on to the Guard because the guard would not let us in. He said it was too late. We... More

The campground was nice, clean Bathrooms were clean with plenty of space between sites. Staff, especially inside the office, looked very unhappy and we're not friendly. In fact the day we checked in two staff members were yelling at each other in front of guests. Not a good first impression. Will not return.

We loved our stay at Happy Holiday. (2nd time) - Campsites are good sized - Big Rig friendly, but there are a few staff that are not "happy campers" on occasion. The pool was a bit small for the size of campground, but the camp store was well stocked (decently priced) but they ran out of ice when we were... More

We made a reservation to camp here but something came up that caused us to postpone. I notified the campground 4 days in advance of our reservation thinking we would receive a refund. I'm used to places letting you cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. I reached out by email and phone but was not informed there would... More

We spent two nights at a cabin during Bluegrass Festival. Enjoyed being creekside, unfortunately it was also roadside too (lots of traffic). Bathroom/showers very old, but clean. Cabin was better than tent because of A/C. Beware......you are required to purchase tickets each night you stay during festival.
