Didn't really expect it to be as nice as it was. We were shocked and loved that everything was clean and even when I called to ask where the ice machine was the lady at the front desk brought it to us. Only bad thing was the entrance/exit was a step incline into the place. Had a wonderful stay though.

Had a problem with my eyes and could not drive in Charlotte! Had to stay extra days at hotel. The staff was wonderful here. They went to the store and went the extra mile. The construction driving up was no big deal. It is just the road. Studio suites were very big and very nice! Only needed 10,000 points! For... More

During the July weekend power outage, this pet friendly Residence Inn was very accommodating. While other hotels were jacking up rates due to demand in the blistering heat, this Residence Inn was welcoming and affordable Saturday night, especially with needing to get old Fido out of the hot house. The staff was compassionate, and the overall generosity and kindness shown... More

We stayed on a Friday night on the way to the Outer Banks. Our kids went to a concert at nearby PNC, and grandparents stayed with the kids. We had a 2 bedroom queen room. Great for traveling families and/or couples traveling together, as children can be put to bed in a room with a closing door, and still a... More

Stayed here while in town for a concert at the PNC Music Pavilion. Close enough but a lot of road construction in front of hotel all the way down to the concert. VERY steep entrance, almost feel like I need a 4x4 and glad I didn't have a manual transmission.

My room was located inside the main building. It was upstairs over the breakfast and pool area. The room was nice and clean. Very spacious with a full kitchen and sitting area. There are a couple downsides to being in the main building: the noise at night coming from folks enjoying the pool or basketball court and the noise in... More

The rooms in the Residence Inn were large, very comfortable with a nice sitting area large enough for four people to enjoy cocktails. The hot breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of breakfast foods. There was more than enough tables to accommodate everyone during breakfast.

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Residence Inn Charlotte University Research Park for a robotics tournament at UNC-Charlotte, which is just a few minutes drive away. I was originally booked at the Holiday Inn (take a right at the Hampton) which was less than a mile away, but the price was a little high and I realized that I... More

I stayed here for a week during my Charlotte visit. I got a room with kitchen. The room was clean and spacious. This hotel has ample parking space. Lots of restaurants including Indian restaurant (Peakcock) are nearby. Staff were very courteous and always smiling. Breakfast provided was good. This hotel provides free wifi. The room was in the first floor... More
