I love the place. I went to the members lounge 1 hour before the bar opened up and the manager asked me if I wanted anything. I told him I'm waiting for the bar to open and he asked me what I wanted. When I told him he went to the bar and brought it to me. That's customer service....

Stayed at this Marriott for a volleyball tourney in Charlotte. The updates to the rooms were excellent! There were outlets and USB ports everywhere...our daughters loved this update. Gone is the suspect carpet found in hotels...what a nice change! The modern feel of the hotel was inviting and every inch of the room had a purpose. Hotel staff were very...

I'm a frequent business traveler so I've stayed in a lot of hotels. For a non "vacation" type hotel, this is one of the better places I've stayed. The rooms are very well designed The elevators are fast and plentiful. The gym is suffice and offers more than just the standard equipment - there are virtual trainers and yoga rooms...

Upon check-in the staff was exceptional! While I was checking in, some of the staff were talking to my daughter and heard the reason for our visit. A wonderful handwritten note was sent up to the room and quietly placed under our door wishing her good luck for the reason we were there! The hotel was spotless, the food delicious!...

I wish there was a 6th star rating I could give. The second you walk in, the staff greets you like family. Everyone has been great - Kai, Mia, Kelli, Billy, JT, and so many others. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room is amazing - HD TV, ChromeCast in every room, amazing bed, etc. The amenities are...

The hotel is a beta site for Marriott's new completely connected property concept. It was great to be able to check in, chat, ask for amenities, towels and check out all through their app. The decor and common areas are very well thought out and invited. The meeting room amenities were also top notch. The catered food for our meetings...

I was there for a night for business travel. It was a nice place, I really thought it was well done. I was told it was recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable and clean, good service. Great location. I did not see many families, but it seemed like it could be family friendly.

I stay 250+ nights a year in hotels .....Marriott, Hilton, Westin, Loews, Hyatt and W Hotels. THIS room is THE best room I have ever stayed in! Why have the interior designers not done this sooner? What I loved most were the hardwood floors!! No more icky carpet. Everything smelled so much cleaner and fresher as a result. I cannot...

My husband surprised me with a quick getaway trip for my birthday to Charlotte. I had no idea what to expect of the hotel when he told me it was a "beta" test hotel for Marriot but I was instantly impressed when we arrived. The set up of the coffee shop, lounge, and restaurant area was all really neat and...
