This hotel is great. Friendly front desk, nice restaurant, and nice rooms. Everyone working was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay at this location again. Only improvement could be sweeping the outdoors around the entrances.

Hotel's Favorite
While at this hotel recently , severe muscle spasm came on me. (I have had them before). Thanks to the young lady at the front desk, and even security, who made sure I had a pleasant stay. When you travel as I and my wife do it is easy to feel like you are just a number. Not at all here at the Westin. My wife attended her conference knowing I was safe and secure. Excellent!!!

I loved the view from my room. The room was very clean. The lobby looked very nice and the staff was friendly. I liked having a room on a high floor because the view at night was beautiful. Easy access from off the interstate.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days during the first week of August with an annual get together and very disappointed by their lack of service. First the restaurant was not opened for 3 days. We were a group of elderly people some in wheelchairs and walkers that made it difficult for them by having to find a restaurant outside the hotel and get there. The was no material in the room about local restaurants. The second issue there was no room service for the entire week. We had to go downstairs to soap, towels, coffee, etc. There was no phone calls or any contact to ask if we needed anything.

The hotel is quite nice, clean, and the staff friendly. The rooms are quiet, and beds are comfortable and several pillows provided. No room service/towel change is available without asking (fairly common with COVID). Westin is a higher grade hotel, I would expect an excellent facility and initially they held up to the reputation. PARKING CAUTION******** Bring anything of value INSIDE the hotel. There is NO video surveillance of the parking garage, and apparently the security for this area is weak as well. When preparing to depart a conference this month, I found my vehicle window smashed and some items stolen. The overall loss was small, but replacing the window was a pain prior to a 9 hour return drive in the rain. My concern however is that when The Westin manager was advised, there was very little consideration or concern (more than 6 vehicles were broken in to the same night). They immediately distanced themselves from any responsibility and directed me to the adjacent building, emphasizing “They are responsible for the parking garage”. Perhaps they are, but I would have at least expected something as simple as a “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” after spending 4 nights in their facility. So just use caution in the parking garage, because although it IS parking for the Westin, you will receive no support from the hotel should things not go well.
