This is a tough one. Coming from the hotel industry I can honestly say the front desk staff (Craig, Michel, and Niki) are the best I've ever come across. As for the rooms, they're average, they have everything you need and are fairly clean. My main issue is the paper thin walls. I get it, it's a hotel so of... More

I've had one prior hotel experience that was worse that this one and it was approximately 12 years ago. The pros: our room was clean and the sheets smelled nice. The cons: lack of security w/card readers not being activated, and loud guests/friends of guests, running up and down hallways shouting profanities throughout the entire night but most notably between... There's really nothing to complain about at this place (good thing). It's relatively inexpensive so the fact that there's nothing wrong with it means it's a good value. Stayed for 2 nights using points. I thought it was a really good deal for what I got. Hotel location gives easy access to the interstate. Breakfast was good quality but limited... More

I have family in the area and this is always a nice option. Whether paying with cash or points it is an excellent value. Rooms are a nice size and clean. I found the staff to be friendly. Easy access to the area and a quick drive from the airport. There are kitchens in the room but my stays are... More

This hotel is part of the Marriott chain and overall I don't feel as though it lived up to the many other Marriott hotels I've stayed in, the rooms are priced decent for this reason. The kitchenette is dated, however the bathrooms appear to have been updated. Not a bad place to stay just don't expect the best Marriott experience.

This is a standard TPS that is starting to age. Service was friendly but I didn’t often find anyone at the front desk when I went looking and it took repeated visits. There was no “be right back” sign at the front desk so you really didn’t know what was happening. I loved the towels - they were nice and... More

I had never stayed at a TownPlace Suites, but they offered a great rate so I gave it a try. Room was nice, floor was quiet, despite the hotel being full. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again and would consider other TownPlace Suites.

My niece and I were in the Charlotte area to visit my son.Our stay started out wonderfully because of Michael who was working the front desk when we arrived. He was very friendly, personable and just made us feel at home. When we entered our suite (a 2-bedroom one), we were very impressed. It was large, clean and felt homey.... More

I thought I was getting a great price on Priceline at $139, but I got a flash announcement today that the rates were $84 a night. It was fine nothing fancy. Employees were very nice - good location. Not sure why Priceline was so much more. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. Having just stayed at a Embassy Suites in Savannah,... More

Great comfort and amenities for the price, and the service is equal to or better than at many "luxury" properties. Rooms are large, well-equipped, and clean, though the lobby is tiny, and so is the breakfast room. But no problem if you can't sit in one of the few seats, just take your food to your room - every one... More
