The hotel is at a convenient location. Close to the Lynx train. Breakfast was your usual pastries and fruit due to Covid. Keisha provided great customer service! But I can't the same for some people. There was a gentlemen working at the Front Desk who was RUDE. When my fiance came down for towels she informed me he was rude to her. . He was also always on his phone. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with individuals being on their phone when working but isn't there something called the 10 and 5 rule in customer service. If you see me obviously approaching you put your phone down! He was rude in several occasions, My finance and I were bound to come back to this property a week later but switched to the Embassy Suites next door where we got treated better. It's sad that that one individual ruined our whole experience there even though the property was great.

Very clean hotel located in a very convenient location in uptown Charlotte. Staff was very friendly and attentive to guest needs. Had complimentary hot breakfast every morning as well as rooms being cleaned and towels restocked each day. Reasonably priced for such a great location!

Stayed here due to the rate and the ratings. It was a decent hotel and room was comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was easy. Location was good. Can’t judge the breakfast because it was closed due to Covid. Two complaints: the front desk was not friendly and did not acknowledge us when we came and went even when they were sitting there doing nothing. Second had to pay for parking. Other than that it was ok but just ok for a Hilton brand hotel. Would look for a different place next time probably.

Only a couple of blocks from downtown and easy access. The door to the hotel on the fourth floor of the parking garage was propped open providing easy access to anyone to guest rooms. Not the best security. Hall carpets are stained and paint is showing its age. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A decent place for one night .
