I completely enjoyed my stay. The staff is extremely attentive & the facility is top-notch. My breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. It was so beautifully presented AND delicious that I had to include a photo!

I was able to get a great price for a Sunday/Monday stayover. Great location near UNC and right across the street from Mediterranean Deli (a delight) ... Also, the mattress and pillows were maybe best I ever slept on.

For a large chain, this hotel felt like a boutique. Very much in the centre of all the fun and restaurants Chapel Hill has to offer, and yet a short walk into lovely residential streets and the campus.

Great job! My family and I really really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was convenient for us because we could walk Owen Kenan Stadium from the hotel. The hotel was relaxing and nicely cleaned. We will definitely be back.

The Franklin is a wonderful hotel, it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and had a great view from my window. The internet worked well and everyone was extremely courteous! I am planning to stay here again!

Easy access to Ameria's first public university. On site restaurant serves a hearty breakfast, or continental if preferred. Many area restaurants offering a variety of menus from Chipotle, Panera, to local Italian, Vietnamese, Mediterranean and pub fare. Stylish comfort without excess. Inviting lounge/bar area often with live music. Staff is helpful and friendly. Owner/Manager is smart and energetic.

We loved this hotel. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived but the front desk bought us a drink in the bar and the room was ready before we finished. The staff is exceptionally nice and friendly, and very helpful. The beds were amazing and I had a great night's sleep!

This was my first stay at a Curio Collection Hilton property, and it won't be my last! Extremely helpful staff at every point of contact. Luxuriously appointed room and bath amenities. Terrific rain shower. Wish I was headed to this city again, as I would surely stay here. Order the fried green tomato breakfast sandwich for a delicious meal.
