After driving 4 hrs because of a medical appt the next day.At check in,I , asked to "please do wakeup call at 7am",my medical appt was at 11a.I woke up at 7:30a NO WAKE UP CALL until 8:10am.if I had been late my appt would have been canceled! Rooms AC filter was filthy, looked like it hadnt been cleaned or changed in a long time, coffee maker was filthy, not been cleaned, carpet was very old, needs replacing. The front desk needs to learn the area, because out of town folks might appreciate something other than," I have no idea,I know nothing about this town"!! When asked for directions ect...Outside area & lobby very nice, but rooms need alot of work. Will not use this hotel again.

Hi Nancy T, Thank you for taking the time to write us your feedback on your most recent stay. I'm very disappointed that you didn't experience our usual high standard of staff service. I have read your concerns about our staff not able to wake you up despite your request, and have no information about the location. I also read your dismay with the cleanliness issues of the room air conditioner, coffee maker, and the condition of our carpets. I'm sure that the management team will take the necessary actions to address this after sharing your comments. I hope you would still consider us again and give us another chance to host you the next time you visit the area. Regards, Virgil N. Case Manager IHGService

The Holiday Inn is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Eli and his front desk professionals offer amazing service! I love the separate bedroom in the suite and the bed with the pillow top cover is so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I am a Platinum member of IHG and the desk clerk was helpful in getting me an upgrade to a suite. The suite consisted of a living room with a TV and rolling work table, a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave and sink, a bathroom, and a bedroom with another TV and a king bed. The place looks like it was recently renovated. The main problem is the lack of soundproofing. I was working from the suite so it was a big problem. The maids and other guests were in the halls slamming doors and pounding for hours every day, and this was during COVID-19 when “nobody is traveling”. In addition, the walls are thin as you can hear your neighbor’s TV. If you are out all day having fun this may not be an issue for you but if you are teleworking from the suite it is very disruptive. At night it was quiet since there is a door between the hall and the bedroom. If I had been given a standard room I would have checked out after one night. The location is in a corporate park setting and convenient to shopping.

Hi travelon1, I appreciate you taking the time of the day to share your feedback with us. It’s good to know the hospitality of the hotel team and room amenities exceeded your expectations. I was concerned by your comments about the disturbing noise, and I recognize how this made your stay disappointing. We are committed to making every possible effort to provide a tranquil and worry-free lodging experience. Any feedback on where we could improve is always welcome. I have shared your comments with the hotel management as a reference to enhance the aspect of soundproofing. Your unwavering loyalty as an IHG Rewards Club Platinum Elite member is valued. I hope you decide to give us another chance to make this right and restore your faith in our establishment. Warmest regards, Zel N. Case Manager IHGService

Hotel was decent overall. The lobby and bar area was very nice. The room was updated but you could tell it was an older property that was renovated by 'decent' contractors. I had no issues with cleanliness but I am the type to stay and not have the room cleaned daily so I wouldn't know about that experience. But the room was quite clean upon arrival. The TV was nice and overall enjoyed my stay. My rate was favorable in comparison to the surrounding hotels but if the others had been the same price, I would have chose them instead. This is a nice hotel but there was something about it that it didn't stand out like a polished Hampton Inn or some other Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. That being said, it was not a bad experience and would stay here again if the price was substantially better than the surrounding hotels. (Garden Inn, DoubleTree, Fairfield)

I travel for work several times a month. I usually stay with another brand, but this was a short notice trip, so I took what I could get. I won’t make that mistake again. First of all, I went down before bed with a sweet tooth and chose the Key Lime Pie...$5... it was literally a tiny slice of a grocery store frozen pie. Secondly, I’m going to need a massage after sleeping on the extremely firm bed. Every joint in my body is inflamed. I woke over and over throughout the night because I was in pain while trying to change positions. This particular location does not offer complementary breakfast. They may offer complementary coffee, I’m not sure though, because the singular, unmarked coffee urn in the lobby/breakfast area was empty. I opted to pay almost $9 for a continental breakfast and would you believe they didn’t even have any nuts or granola for my fruit and yogurt? Lastly, with my usual brand, there’s always fruit and herb infused water available in the lobby. Here, a simple bottle of Dasani cost me another $2! I will avoid this location like the plague moving forward and will advise my coworkers against staying here as well.
