It’s very clean and mostly quiet. It’s located perfectly, surrounded by stores and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and the bedding is amazing. The only problem was that the light in the entryway of the room wasn’t working, so we only had the lamps in the room. And the shower was a little disappointing; it looked like a really nice walk-in shower enclosure, but the water pressure was pathetic, just a trickle of water. We were also warmly greeted in the morning when we were checking out. And the breakfast had a good selection of foods to grab and go. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness and the employees at the Doubletree in Cary, NC. My daughter and I came for one night to attend a birthday party at the hotel and the staff was Amazing! From check-in to check-out all employees were helpful and so polite. Breakfast this morning was delicious and the servers Deja and Taylor truly made our breakfast with friendly conversation and their very uplifting spirits ti help us start our day! My 10 year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much compared to our last Marriott stay. I may be switching to Hilton hotels in my future!

The staff from check in, to later help with wifi to breakfast were all over the top helpful, friendly. The room was quiet, the ice machine located away from ALL of the rooms, the gym was well equipped and clean and the indoor pool was perfect. I enjoyed the amenities and location visiting my nephew at NC State. The rooms are updated, at least mine was, the bed was super comfy and good pillows. Will absolutely recommend this hotel and stay again!

This is a great hotel. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. We asked for an early check-in to get to a party, and we were in our room by 1pm. We had a 5th floor king room which was huge. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was not free but a very good buffet for $12 pp. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Raleigh-Cary area.

This is my second stay at a Hilton when I awakened numerous times during the night, sweaty, even with the thermostat on 67. I finally tore apart my bed on this visit and found the culprit. A heavy plastic fitted mattress cover that does not breathe. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, she asked, "Would you rather have a 3-year old ruin the mattress?" Well, yes I would because I have yet to see one child at this hotel yet many business people who need their sleep. In addition, the chances of every child spoiling the bed?? I also suspect Hilton puts an overnight control on thermostats so they never cool to that low a setting. Has anyone else had this experience? Other than that, the shower head is weak and the bathroom is dark. Don't expect to put on make-up in that room. Would be nice if the safe could be moved up to the next shelf so no one needs to kneel on the floor to use it. BUT --- the free breakfast is delicious and Elizabeth was a great desk attendant.…

Prepare for lecture at check in of this hotel that's undergoing renovation. There is no airport shuttle prepare for $40 cab ride. No upgrades available for diamond members. No cookies at check in. You get exactly two bottles of water in your room and that is it because somebody took advantage of them once. No late check out they said they haven't done that for months. No executive lounge this is not like your normal double tree this is more like a Hampton inn. Breakfast here is the only redeeming quality you get $15 credit for a $12.99 breakfast which is very good get the omelette and they have great coffee. Small pool for lap swim early in the morning nice gym. Free parking. Once the remodel is over and once they train the employees to provide excellent customer service at the front desk this could be a nice hotel.…

Excellent bed, bathroom and property. Very clean. Did not have the UDI GF Cookie only regular here. No onsite restaurant at night however they have room service in the morning and breakfast at the bar or buffet. The breakfast from room service was tasty good value with nice sized portions . Phone in my room did not work. The hotel is under construction so the elevators looked sketchy. I Would stay here again.

So I stay at this hotel once a month while there on business there were so many negatives this time around that I am not staying on my next visit. They are doing construction and that a majority of the issues... Got there Sunday night and bar\restaraunt is not open!!!! Had to walk across to sister hotel to watch game and get a bite to eat. Sunday night at approximately 11:30 pm. two kids were running up and down the 5th floor...this happened twice..while I do not blame the hotel it was bad. I was on 5th floor and room next to me and across the hall were under renovation. While working from my room the noise was horrible all day, and went late into the evening on Monday night where I almost asked for them to stop. Then on day of leaving there was a construction truck beeping sound as it unloaded material I think starting shortly after 7am so much for sleeping in. My check in was fast and curious and breakfast buffet was standard every morning...but good...great service at the morning bar. Again I am sure once construction is. done all will be fine but it was not a good stay for me especially when I was there Sunday-Thursday.…

The hotel is under a well-deserved renovation, but the service is 2nd to none. I’d go back for the level of service alone….From check-in to breakfast staff, we were never disappointed. Can’t wait to see what happens after the renovation is complete. This may be our ‘go to’ location.

I wish I could give 100 stars to this amazing hotel. Our entire family stayed here when the power went out in Moore County in December 2022, and while unexpected, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and so hospitable. When the power went out unexpectedly n our entire county, we drove to Raleigh/Cary for electricity, warm showers, and somewhere safe for the kids. When we got there, the entire staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome, safe, and at home. Pam in the restaurant is the kindest soul on the planet. She took great care of the kids, and the adults, and made us feel so welcome. TK, the GM, did everything he could to make sure we had a room - even though we didn't know how long we were going to stay - and did so with a smile. Elizabeth and Benny at the front desk always greeted us with a smile, even during our million questions, changes, and thoughts.
