The stay would’ve been fine except the night clerk decided to burn a bag of popcorn in the microwave at 12:30 in the morning resulting in the fire alarm going off for 20 minutes until the fire department arrived and reset the alarm. Can’t blame the clerk for the slow response by the fire department but the burnt popcorn did GREATLY annoy everyone staying in the motel.
Excellent experience. Hotel was very clean and modern and staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a group of 10 families and all of them were complimentary of this hotel and enjoyed their stay. We will be back
Came into guest room without permission, left dirty work materials thrown on the floor, did not re sanitize after the work was done. My advise is to wait for new management that truly cares and respects your safety during this time!
Service is excellent. Area is quiet and right next to a great restaurant. Rooms are a little outdated and could use a remodel. Great water pressure. Heard very little to nothing from outside and he n the hallway. For 1 or 2 nights on a business trip is a yes. A week vacation is a no.
We lost power during recent ice storm and needed a place near the hospital to stay as I had to work. They put me on the 5th floor for quiet, the room was very clean, bed comfortable. Only 2 drawbacks. Lighting very dim,( seems to be a Hampton Inn thing) and there was a fridge but no microwave. With very limited breakfast options at hotel, it would have been nice to be able to heat something up in the room. Otherwise good stay.
