The beds were comfortable, The hot water situation was very disappointing. All you could get was kind cold/ lukewarm water. The room was clean..... Floors could have used a scrub... But overall mediocre. The lighting in the room is super bright would recommend the hotel change the bulbs to something different. We had a problem with the wifi initially the staff fixed it on our phones and then the wifi connection was actually really good. Our flight home on Sunday wasn't until late in the evening so I asked what the latest time we could check out without incurring extra charges and she allowed us to stay until 2pm which was so nice. On Friday night the club down the street was bumpin, so if u want to party that was pretty cool, as there isn't much in the area. We could slightly hear music from our neighbor's room which was on 2nd floor, staff seemed to handle quickly as we didn't hear it for long after calling the desk. Saturday the club wasn't happening, not sure why, hung out in the lobby played pool and watched tv. The food around isn't much. On Sunday we slept in and came for breakfast at 1030, I think it finishes at 10, to our surprise it closed early for a weekend. The staff offered some of the grab and go options from the complimentary breakfast even though that time was over. How nice is that! The staff at this hotel were so great, that is my main take away, your management team is very pleasant. And the hotel is better than average for location. Please thank Cy & Jade for all there help on Sunday!

It was a good stay. The room (2 queen beds and stand alone shower) was clean and so was the lobby and elevator. IHOP, Gas stations, Walmart and food places are not far. I forgot the check in lady name but she was very nice and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was small things like cereal, muffins, danishes and etc. Over all it was a nice one night stay with my family of 5 (including an infant). My infant slept in her basknet stroller between the 2 queen beds while my husband and I slept together. Not the biggest room but good enough. I would definitely stay again.

This Tru by Hilton is basically brand new. It is extremely clean and the beds are quite comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly! All that being said Tru by Hilton is a brand which is severely lacking in amenities. No pool, no laundry, no breakfast (covid). The room is small and comfortable but extremely minimalist. For the 2 nights we stayed here it was OK. Next time I think we will pay a little less for a comfort suites or similar and get the free amenities there. That you Tru for a very nice albeit amenity free stay!

TRUly a great place to stay. My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend while my son played baseball at nearby Elon University. The rooms are modern and have all the necessities. A microwave is available in the lobby, along with coffee and tea 24 hrs a day. The lobby has a fun environment with a pool table and large Connect 4 game if you need to get out of your room. We really liked this brand. I'm hoping to stay at another Tru soon. And the cost...AWESOME! 3 nights for less than $300.
