We visited Bryson City in July of 2015 and stayed at the Sleep in after reading reviews on the hotels in the area. It turned out that we made the right choice from our experience and the look of the other places in town. The Sleep in was new and the staff was friendly. No elevator and the rooms were...

This hotel was clean, had good beds, but the layout of the shower and bathroom was pretty tight. Would have been really tight if there were 4 of us. The bathing suits and towels did not dry overnight even though we ran the AC. Otherwise a nice place with a nice pool. Convenient location.

Very accommodating, helpful and friendly staff, no exceptions! Clean, clean, clean rooms, outstanding FREE breakfast every morning. Each morning there was a coating of dew on our bikes in the parking lot, and each bike had a hotel face towel folded up on it to wipe the dew off; very nice and unexpected touch. Pool area was very nice and...

This is a VERY nice, VERY clean hotel, the staff was VERY attentive and polite. There was an AWESOME breakfast and everything was very tasty. The pool area was very well kept and clean. I would stay in this hotel again, Bryson City is full of a lot of very friendly people. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

My husband and I stayed one night before we could check into our rented cabin for the week. Our room was clean, looked nice, bed was comfy, staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was a nice plus!

If you only need a hotel room for the minimal use of a shower (no tub!) and to sleep, it is a good location. Has microwave and fridge in room. Room does not have a lot of space or storage. Very convenient to downtown. Close to Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.

The hotel was a nice place but the towels in the rooms are not that nice. They need thicker and bigger towels. The first morning we had regular coffee in the room but they never replaced it when they cleaned the room later with regular coffee and all we had was decaf.
