Staff was excellent, very personable. They followed the Covid guidelines very well. Room very clean. Wonderful breakfast each morning. The Bistro served a great dinner with excellent service. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time in Bryson City.

My wife and I were in need of a last minute getaway so we decided to head to North Carolina, we jumped into our truck and headed north to a family home in NC. After spending one night we decided to find a different place to stay and discovered the Everett Hotel about 45 minutes north of us, we called first thing in the morning to check on their availability and thankfully they had a room for us, so we booked it and drove right up there. Ron was very accommodating when we arrived, the room was ready, great and comfortable. In the mornings we ate in the bistro, the food was excellent, one night we returned late and didn’t have reservations for dinner, not an issue at all, as I said they are very accommodating, we placed an order and they brought it up to the roof top deck and had our private dining with a view. The Everett Hotel was a great experience for us and we’ll definitely come back. Thank you Ron and staff for making our vacation enjoyable.

The Everett Hotel is the best located and nicest hotel in Bryson City. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and the railroad. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I received the warmest greeting as we entered the hotel. During this time of a pandemic it may be hard for some businesses to maintain the feeling that you are as welcome the staff and owner did. This hotel has nine rooms that are spacious and have beautiful white linens on them that feel crisp and clean. It is easy to control your air-conditioning and heat with a remote control. Along with watching television from a more than ample sized flatscreen TV. The rooms have combination locks, which allows you to feel all that much more secure and you never need to walk around with keys. The roof top patio is fantastic for holding conversations or just sitting quietly with the gas fireplace. You’re able to watch the sunrise and the sunset. We enjoyed the complementary coffee in the morning. Once we slowly got up and enjoyed the coffee we went down to have a decadent breakfast. We were enjoying the Everett hotel with another couple who stayed in the next room. All of us had the most delicious breakfast and even the night before our dinners were lovely. My husband is very picky about how his hamburgers are cooked and he said it was absolutely perfect. There are so many more compliments I could share about this hotel and how fabulous it was. Enjoy.

We had a great overnight in Bryson City at this boutique hotel. Checked in after our Great Smoky Mountain Railroad trip to Fontana/Nantahala, which was beautiful! Amazing beds, beautiful, spotless rooms, corner king room (4) was spacious and large bathroom; bottled water in room, coffee in the morning available early - before the included wonderful breakfast in the Bistro. We even had dinner in the Bistro and the trout was amazing. Took our last glass of wine up to the roof to watch the sunset. Enjoyed our fresh baked cookies/brownies up there too as we sat around the fire pit that Scott lit for us. Would highly recommend this hotel. Just in case it's an issue for some, there is no elevator, but steps are wide and easy! Scott, Ron, and John were all so hospitable!
