Quaint, immaculately clean rooms with gorgeous view of the river. Excellent service, the owner "AP" was incredibly hospitable in every way. Rooms smelled like fresh citrus and floors were clean enough to eat off of must ne new carpets. We have stayed at nearly every hotel in town and, bang for your buck, this is the best amd the cleanest!

We loved this place. Very old and definitely had some quirks but we enjoy places with some character. AP could not have been more helpful or attentive. If you're looking for the Ritz or even the Best Western this is not the place for you. But clean, quiet and quaint. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed year multiple times over the years. Recent change in owners/operator. The operator is singular, since the new guy and wife swing this by their self. He is extremely attentive and energetic. Lots of upgrades. Love these old style motels, and this one fits well in what is already a quaint town overall. The prices have went up with the... More

The Rosewood Inn is an absolute treasure. AP is a wonderfully delightful Innkeeper! He is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, quite and quaint. The Rosewood is on a great location within walking distance to downtown and we will definately be back!

We stayed here 2 nights, it is a very dated but a clean place to stay. The beds are very comfortable and the place was clean. We walked to almost everywhere in town with no problem. The manager was very nice and gave us advice on where to eat which turned out to be great. It could use a little... More

You get what you pay for, and we didn't pay much... that said, don't expect much. It has the charm of an old roadside motel... in fact, much of the motel looks like it probably did years ago. But everything worked, the folks were friendly, and we had a good nights sleep. It could use some sprucing up, but we... More

After reading the review so I was expecting a nice clean place to stay, but my experience here was not a good one! The rooms didn't have closets, just a rack to hold clothes. The bathroom was small and you had to duck under the sink to get to the toilet. The shower was small and the shower curtain stuck... More

I stayed here for a week so I could work on purchase of a cabin in Bryson City. This was was a very pleasant experience....very clean....had the basic necessities. I stayed in late Oct and it was quite chilly. There was a portable radiator in the room which was a lifesaver as they close down for the holidays and don't... More

Our room was clean, comfortable, better then expected. When we stayed there was only one ice machine and we had to pay a small fee for ice. It was a friendly atmosphere and a good location for both Bryson City and Cherokee.

At first glance you wonder if you made the right choice of a hotel, because it is kind of dated. but the manager was great, he talked to us as if he had known us forever. He told us pretty much where everything was located and all we had to to do was walk. The rooms were dated to several... More
