Amenities? microwave downstairs in trashy storage room with guest laundry and owner's personal belongings and it was nasty. When I drove up I wanted to cry! The POOL was the first thing we saw! GREEN AND FULL OF SLIME AND TRASH. Came to Bryson City with grandkids and elderly parents for the Polar Express. Booked this place 2 months prior...

We always want our customers satisfied. You NEVER informed us about the pet. In fact, when I saw the pet and called your room, you first denied having a pet and therefore bringing forth the negativity. Furthermore, you had said that you worked for a Wyndham property and bragged about the cleanliness about of our motel during your stay!

This motel is a gem. Nice, clean room with great rates. Family that owns and runs this place is wonderful. Nice pool, wonderful gazebo with fire pit and grills. We will definitely return! It is situated on a hilltop in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We sat by the fire with other guests each night and truly enjoyed the experience

Very old but clean. The front office staff was friendly and accommodating. That's the only positive I can say. There was a crack in the door that let in a lot of cold air. Most plugs don't work. No plugs in bathroom. Only slivers of soap are provided. Limited channels on TV. The green dirty pool needs to be covered...

If this is the last place available for miles around, I would sleep in my car. It is a rent by the hour motel. It is very old and outdated. It is very cheap. Very run down. My non smoking room still smelled like heavy smoke. It was in the mattress and the pillows. The walls have very thin walls...

The owners were very nice and accommodating. For the price it was sufficient. The room was clean, but it is in need of minor repairs. Bathroom faucets and sink in suite area needed repairs. The room did not smell, which is always a concern to me. Our requests were always given prompt attention.

Came to Bryson City to ride the train and stayed here. Older motel on top of a mountain but rooms were cleaned and check in was easy. Price was very reasonable! Owners were really nice and professional. Would stay here again!

What a beautiful place. A wonderful and freindly staff. Cozy and comfortable room and very fast internet. Biker friendly. Will most certainly return! Old town charm at its finest! Very close to shops and good food. The bes in our room (128) was VERY comfortable.

I booked this motel based on reviews and the price, compared to other locations. As always the advertising photos look better than they really are but this motel served the purpose as in getting some rest. The motel stated that it was American owned and had free wifi, neither of those statements were true. Parking was limited but we parked...

My daughter and I were in town for a football game for my son! Yes, this place is a little dated, but it was clean and safe! For the price you just can't beat it!!!!The exterior is cute and quaint. It was everything we needed to rest up before heading back home! I would return again.

We were in town to go whitewater rafting over the weekend & accomodations were at a premium since this was also the NOC's Guest Appreciation Festival weekend. While the venue was an older, smaller establishment, the owners/staff were VERY nice. Perched on top of a mountain as the name suggests, it served our purposes...clean, quiet & affordable!
