We had some last minute changes to our Labor Day weekend plans, but fortunately were able to book Saturday and Sunday nights at the Hemlock Inn on relatively short notice. We were just blown away by the beauty and charm of this rustic property. The staff could not have been nicer, our room was clean, and the food was delicious... More

My wife and I had dinner there and had s delightful experience. The staff was very welcoming and the fellow diners were very friendly. The family style dinner is great as you can load up on your favorite dinner item. Mine was the country ham, for sure. The surroundings of the mountains were beautiful. A great evening at a very... My daughter and one son joined me for a few days. We got a two suite. We had a cute outside patio. We had 2 full bedrooms with king beds. 1 room also had a sofa bed. Each room had it's own full bath. The room was comfortable. Carpet looked new. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Some of... More

My family made reservations to have dinner at the Hemlock on evening during our trip and ended up coming back for another meal two days later. What drew us here was that they serve their meals family style. This gives us the chance to dine and met knew people. It was a great experience with delicious food and wonderful conversation.... We had a wonderful visit at the Hemlock Inn. The atmosphere was wonderful for couples and families. The family style meals were good and so was the fellowship. The scenery was beautiful and the inn is just up the road from activities like rafting and zip lining. We will defiantly be going back!!

I just returned from a weeks stay at the Hemlock Inn and had a wonderful relaxing time. I have been going there for over thirty years and it amazes me how well kept and well maintained "Mort" keeps the place. The food is excellent and served family style with a different menu every morning and evening. All the food is... More

Our family loves the Hemlock Inn. Something happens to us when we are there. We relax. We talk to each other. We play games. We forget about phones and TV. We hike and breathe in the beauties of the forest. At night we sit and enjoy an absolutely delicious dinner with strangers who quickly become friends. . We are looking... More

this is a tough one. on one hand they are so nice. mort the owner is fantastic. the wait staff couldn't be more accommodating. the view from the porch is really terrific. but, the room is outdated, the bathroom didn't have an electrical outlet, and the price is likely a bit high for what you get. but still, the staff... My wife and I stayed at the Hemlock Inn over Labor Day weekend. It was beyond perfect. Our cottage was clean, warmly decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed meeting the other guests at breakfast and dinner and found that we spent a lot of time together outside of meals, playing games or just sitting and talking around the property. We...
