Everything from the booking to the staff to the activities and food was smooth and peaceful. We went for a mother-daughter getaway and got to enjoy all the parts of the center. The meals were nourishing and filling. The yoga, meditation, and pottery instructors were compassionate and accommodating. The staff and volunteers were personable, kind, and willing to help in every way. The hotel rooms were comfortable, clean, and had beautiful views of the mountains to wake up to. We left feeling more aligned, peaceful, and motivated to shift towards a better lifestyle. We will definitely be back!

The Happiness Retreat was an unbelievable re-set experience for me. The simplicity of the program and breathing techniques were very well presented, with kindness and time to contemplate the wisdom. The facility is well maintained, clean and bright, the decor is elegant and calming. The cuisine was delicious and very healthy with lots of variety. The room was comfortable and offered every amenity. The natural beauty of the setting is unsurpassed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I cannot say enough about this magical experience and I will do it again for sure!

This course was such a good experience. Amber Shadwick is the most knowledgeable instructor. The yoga instruction was the best. Her knowledge of yoga and ayurveda are invaluable. She made the presentation understandable, provided beautiful handouts and was so helpful and down to earth. I hope to attend many of her workshops!!
