Thank you for choosing the Courtyard by Marriott to accommodate your recent visit to ASU. As we take great pride in not only meeting, but exceeding our guest's expectations, I am disappointed to find that we fell short of this goal during your recent stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for not welcoming you with the warm greeting you deserve and should have received. I will ensure this feedback is shared with all of our staff so we can learn from these missed service opportunities. I will also follow up with our Chief Engineer to see that the issue you encountered with the air conditioning in the room is addressed. We look forward to having another opportunity to serve you as our guest again in the future.

This Courtyard is new, fresh and very clean. Our room was spacious just the right size for my wife and I. The dining area on the main floor was very clean and the food was wonderful. One of the best Courtyards we have visited.

Simple one night visit. Easy check-in, great location. Nice folks at the counter and bar. Would definitely stay there again...and probably before too long. Room was comfortable and now i'm just filling space.
