This quality inn was the best we’ve stayed at so far on a cross country road trip. Room was clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful, and customer service didn’t leave anything to be desired. Highly recommend!

We were given room #227. When we entered the room the cushion cover on the sofa bed was half off. The window was open!!! There was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. There was enough dust on the TV screen that I wrote "dust me " on it. The fridge had a block

The room was good. The pool was fine. The breakfast bar was poor quality and did not gravy except for the weekends. Also, coffee was not available after hours. Needs better cereal choices, too much sugar. Also, could use more fruit choices. They used to have peanut butter

At first glance the hotel is adequate but what ruined it for us was the breakfast. Each day, it was sparce - no plates, no forks, two of the juices were out, and one day there was plast wrapping mixed in with the eggs. I asked the woman at the front desk if there were more

Thank you for letting me know about your concerns regarding the breakfast presentation while you were a guest with us. It has been in the single digits here in Boone with a windchill below zero, so I am sure he was just trying to get warm, however I know this did not have the professional appearance that we strive to make to our guests. I stayed at this hotel this past summer. The gas heater for the pool, and fireplaces have been removed. The fireplaces are now faux. Basically, they’re just for looks. There’s no fire in them. The pool is now heated with electricity. I believe the problems were fixed when Choice Hotels bought the property and converted it into a Quality Inn.

What's on the breakfast menu? Are the rates still the same as when it was a Best Western?
Are pets allowed?
The hotel does allow service and therapy pets. If you have one, you should call ahead and confirm with manager. They are great and don't even charge for your service/therapy pet. Just make sure to take your pets paperwork or hospital badge.
