It was a spur of the moment getaway. The Alpine Village Inn is a wonderful little place in blowing rock. Walking distance to the downtown area shops and restaurants. They allow pets. This is very nice. We never travel anywhere without our dog. The room was small and cozy and well maintained.

My husband and I had never been to blowing rock and the location of this inn was fabulous!! Walking distance to everything we needed and wanted and the staff was incredibly helpful but what I liked most of all was the cleanliness and how comfortable I felt in the room. I dislike generic hotels and this felt like home! Can't...

This place is clean, has a great location in Blowing Rock, prices are low (for BR), and the mgmt is nice. Even like their dogs. Just a short walk down Sunset and and close to several excellent restaurants. Liked having beers at Six Pence bar!

We absolutely loved this quaint little Inn. It is the perfect place for dog loving families and a sweet little getaway. The host and everyone that works there is incredibly nice and accommodating. Very low priced for the clean cozy rooms you get.

This is our favorite place to stay for the past 20 years in Blowing Rock. I had wanted to experience another Christmas eve in Blowing Rock so my wife and I left Jacksonville Fl and drove 560 miles to Blowing Rock for that purpose. As always, the innkeepers at the Alpine Village Inn helped make our Christmas eve visit a...

We have stayed at many locations in the Boone/ Blowing Rock area. This was our first stay at The Alpine Village Inn. From the reservation process throughout the stay was definitely the best experience we have had. Our suite was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels, etc Would highly recommend

30 degree weather and crystal clear skies, we couldn't have been more cozy than our warm stay at the Inn. The sheets were SOOOOO SOFT and lovely. The room was impeccably clean. Our kids skateboarded in the parking lot and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of the grounds. A full menu breakfast was two doors away. Wish we could...

It is a nice hotel. Yes, rooms are fairly small, but plenty of room for a couple. The bathroom is small, think European hotel size. Rocking chairs on porch are nice, as is the lawn. Very convenient to walk to downtown. Walls a little thin, but not too bad. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There is a...

7 guys on a motorcycle trip, stayed here 2 nights and we were taken care of very well by Charlie, the owner. He is completely motorcycle friendly as well as just couples staying there as well. Very attentive to any of our needs and was very helpful with restaurant and local options all within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay...
