I had to stay due to wildfire, would never again willingly. My sheets were never changed for five days. I know this because there was a hole burned in my sheet. I slept in my sleeping bag. Run down, outdated in serious need of makeover.

This hotel was clean and decent. We were only staying there overnight on our way to our destination. It seemed like a safe area. Cute little town. Breakfast was provided and the coffee was decent.

The room was good size but needed an update. The couch had both arms "frayed" and threads were showing through the fabric. We had a handicapped room and it came with a potty chair and a shower stool. The breakfast was OK. The room was on the back backside and it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Super 8's a good value for short stays in the area & when coming into town for hiking or other reasons, it's convenient & safe. Rooms are clean & comfortable. This time however there seemed to be an issue with not enough electrical outlets. There were none so you could plug in the in room coffee maker & it...

This is basic, basic, basic! Second time here and weren't looking forward to it as our first stay was pretty awful but there aren't many places to choose from if you want to stay in Black Mountain. The guy who checked us in was the only redeeming feature of this place! Rooms are old and tired, manager surly and unwelcoming,...
