My husband and I recently visited The Inn Around the Corner and we had an amazing time. I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before and I was pleasantly surprised! Chris and Myra were there to greet me upon check in and showed us around the Inn. Later, they were able to recommend a great dinner spot. The... More

We stayed here the weekend we decided to summit Mt. Mitchell. We rented a room which had access to the outside balcony that you can sleep on a bed outside. Unfortunately it was too hot for that, but this bed and breakfast was awesome. The owners were very friendly and the breakfasts were amazing. This place is literally footsteps from... More

We are so happy that you had a positive stay here at our Inn and thank you for your review. We love being just steps to downtown making it so easy to walk to shopping, dining and music. We hope to see you again when you are ready to tackle Mt Mitchell again! More

My husband and I had the chance to stay at The Inn Around the Corner for two nights in early December. Though we live in Black Mountain, only a few miles away, it was a much needed and relaxing getaway from full time caregiving. Our room was large and comfortable. We were able to relax in the room, on the... More

We had an awesome visit. The new management is great and has wonderful plans for making the Inn even better. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Beautiful porches. We walked to shopping and restaurants. Chris made our visit especially enjoyable.

We appreciate your kind words and wonderful review. We do have a lot of plans for the Inn to add our personal touches, while retaining the beauty of this 100 year old home. Come back anytime and enjoy the wonderful porches full of rocking chairs! Chris and Myra Vergani More

We had an excellent trip. The B and B was perfectly located. The owners were the best. Unfortunately they have sold the B and B and will be starting a new chapter in their lives. There is no TV in the rooms so don't be shocked when you get to your room and try to sneak a peek at a... More

Once again, we relied on TripAdvisor reviews- this time to a wonderful stay in Black Mountain. This Inn is just lovely: the rooms are so cozy, comfortable and clean - my daughter thoroughly enjoyed sleeping on the porch bed and already plans to request it again when we return! True to reviews, the food was fabulous - from the nightly... More

I spent the night here with my daughters at the conclusion of their camp. We thoroughly enjoyed the eagles nest accommodations . The inn was super quiet and clean and extremely comfortable. The bed, futon and window seat bed appealed to all three of us and each of us found a special spot to sleep in. The breakfast in the... More

Tranquil, peaceful, quiet setting. The rooms are all lovely. They are decorated in the old southern style. The breakfast was superb every single day. The Inn Keepers are very nice and accommodating. They bake hot fresh cookies every night and leave them hanging on your door knob in covered baskets. Close to shops and restaurants. It was like living in... More

The purpose of our trip was for much needed rest and relaxation. My mom and I have always had a wonderful relationship. However, between raising 2 teenage boys, work, and just life we have not been able to spend much time together lately. My husband understands and respects our relationship and insisted I take my mom out of town for... More

We decided to stay at this bed and breakfast, while we went to summit Mount Mitchell. This quaint home turned B&B was beautifully decorated and the owner were so friendly. The breakfast that came with our stay was out of this world! This one weekend in the mountains, with our stay here made us wonder if we should move.
