We had a wonderful time staying at the Red Rocker Inn. The owners were so friendly and the food was amazing. Breakfast and dinner are both offered at the inn. If you want to enjoy a unique town, good food and fabulous accommodations this is your spot.

Rooms were fine, but no television so we watched Netflix on the computer screen. Baths were dated, but it was clean. Owner wasn't very friendly. Staff was good. Breakfast was worth waking up to. We had a hard time going to sleep with the noise above our heads. So we left the computer on so we could sleep. Would go... More

Hello Suzanne, Thanks for the review. As we mention so many times, Please let a hotel or B&B or restaurant or what ever you are reviewing know that you have concerns while you are on the property so an issue can be resolved. I'm not sure, but maybe you were in the Savannah room? Can't imagine what noise you heard... More

We stayed in Elizabeth's Attic, which was a comfortable option. It was, however, a bit overpriced. We were greeted first thing with a "no television in the room" speech, which was a surprise. I didn't know there was a hotel/B&B in the U.S. without televisions in the rooms (except remotely located ones), but sure enough, there wasn't one in the... More

Hi Julie, thanks for taking time to write a review. It sounds like you had a nice time except for the TV so I'll comment on that a bit. The reason we don't have TV in the rooms is because this is a house and we don't want our guests to hear someone else's television. However, there is a TV... More

We actually stayed in the 'Anniversary Room' of this lovely historic home. Beautifully and comfortably decorated with period antiques...The staff and owners make one feel right at home with all day beverages, cookies in the afternoon and a breakfast that is second to none! I give Red Rocker Inn a very enthusiastic endorsement after a magical weekend!

Having enjoyed eating at the Inn for years I finally spent one night there. The room was upstairs on the back of the Inn. The room was small with a bed that was barely comfortable. The cushioned chair was downright uncomfortable. The cushion had lost all comfort a decade ago, and other straight back cushioned seat chairs in the Inn... More

Hi PineBell, Good to hear from you. Sounds like you had a few concerns while you were here. Sorry you weren't comfortable in your bed. Bed comfort is a funny thing, as you know since each individual has their preferences and you may have been expecting something different. Just to let guests know... in GENERAL, most of our king beds... More

This was our third visit at Thanksgiving and we have made it our go to place. We love the delicious meals and wonderful Innkeepers, who have become like family. Breakfast will take care of you for the whole day and is quite a feast, but don't stop there, have a delicious dinner there too. It's a place to relax on... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Rocker Inn. The inn is located away from the downtown area in a quiet neighborhood which assured us of a good night's sleep. Our room had a fireplace and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The price of the room also included a breakfast buffet that was very good. My husband... More

We had a beautiful romantic dinner here during our visit to Asheville. When we first entered the building we stepped into a beautiful living room with a wood burning fireplace where guests were enjoying the warmth on a very cool and rainy fall day. We were seated right next to a window with a lovely view of the leaves falling.... More

I have enjoyed dinner here in two separate occassions, two years apart in time! Each time there were 6-7 of us being served. The service was delightful, the food was fabulous and the desserts were the best I have ever tasted!

Had a couples weekend while in the area for a wedding. Rooms are decorated nicely, with a different charm to each one. Staff and the breakfast are amazing. Complimentary water and sodas around the clock. Our room was smaller, but full of charm. Walls are ... well, we could carry conversation with the kind people next to us ;)
