Terrible...Be careful. My room had no hot water...decor from the 60/70's...Smelled like smoke ..No wifi. My 10 year old son basically asked to leave because he had headache from the smoke. I would be embarrassed to rent out a room this bad. From what I understand.....some rooms are OK...but I met 2 other people staying here....1 had room like we... More

We stayed at the Pinnacle Inn - Unit 1113 - when we recently took a weekend trip to the NC mountains. This place is not the picture of luxury, but it's nice and a great value. Renovations were ongoing, making for some noise and a messy appearance, but nothing too disruptive. We had a few interactions with staff and they... More

This is condos of all types from ski suites to 2 bedrooms. We have stayed here for about 8 years now and have never been disappointed. The fee per night is never over $100 except during ski season. You get 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, etc. I would never stay anywhere else after staying here. They also have a... More

Although I do not remember what specific unit we stayed in, I know it was at the recommendation of the staff (via a phone call request). This is key. Since each is individually owned and maintained, and because there are so many units available call and ask what the best one is, then look it up on their website. Things... More

While I will say that the condo itself was nice, the place was absolutely FILTHY! (See Photos). It appeared that housekeeping had not even attempted to clean. The handles on the refrigerator door were sticky with dirt, nothing had been vacuumed, the dust on the dressers was bad enough that we could literally write in it. The place is being... More

We are glad you felt the condo you stayed in was nice, and do wish you had called the office to let them know there was a problem with the housekeeping so we could have remedied the problem. We are undergoing a major exterior renovation and every effort is made to ensure that the individual units that are rented (where... More

The condos are priced according to the degree of remodeling done. A recent re modeling has been done of the entire facility. It is a great location to the ski mountain with a shuttle stop and a warming hut to wait in. I usually walk the 300 yards to the ski slope.

First, there were 2 heaters in the room, and one did not work. They came that evening, and repaired it. It stopped working again the next day, so they replaced it; this new one rattled every tine it ran, and disrupted our sleep. The ceiling fan light did work, but the actual fan did not. We wanted to use it,... More

My fiance and I rented a "Ski Suite", which is perfect for a couple. The space itself is small, only 300-400 sf, but if you're going to stay in your room the whole time, you might as well stay home. There is a full kitchen, laundry (in the unit we rented), and deck. A wood burning fireplace was a nice... More
