The rooms had walls that were paperthin. It was so hard to sleep. I could hear the neighbor's TV as though it was in my room.I told him in the front and they move me to a different room which was the same issue. Apparently in talking to the receptionist this is something that they're well aware of but have done nothing about. Will never stay here again
Will be booking again . Experience was wonderful and staff was on point . Definitely will be staying again .. see you soon . Front desk was very quick and efficient . Room was clean and spacious . Showed and towels were clean
So my mom and her husband had an unexpected emergency! Around 1:30 in the morning, Their was a fire in the bodega under their apartment that rose up to their floor!! They checked in thanks to the redcross at 6 in the morning! I got there that morning and was able to speak with the staff and make some adjustments so they would be able to stay longer! I really appreciate how they went out of their way to google a translator so they could try their best to communicate with my parents! The staff was absolutely amazing. I don’t remember her name, she was beautiful with a bob haircut and I believe her name began with a G.. but she was fabulous! I was very grateful for the way she treated my parents and my 9 yr old daughter that was with them! Thank you so much! I recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!!!…
Went here for a family event, check in was horrible, staff was un helpful with my debit card authorization with their cc company which although my bank told the General Manager verbally on the phone it went through as a pending auth, they were quick in wanting to re run my debit card again for one night room charge plus additional $50.00 hold. I was told that since I was paying cash that the pending auth would drop off the day of check out. At check out I again asked to confirm no charges would be made, again I was told that the charge automatically dropped of after check out. At no time during my conversations was I told it would take 7-10 days to return to my card. They didn't believe even after speaking with my bank that the auth went through, I am sure so I felt they thought no need to provide me that information. Day after check out I see on my account the charge is now not in a "pending" state and moved to an authorized transaction with the money deducted from my bank account. I called to speak with General Manager who is off today but demanded that he call me as I am sure General Managers can be contacted at all times when running a hotel with not only conferences rooms and events but also stays. Poor staffing, poor knowledge of their job and apologies to pacify and not sincere are unacceptable in this line of business. Never would I recommend for events or stays.…
Went for party and stayed the night. Room was very nice except that there was only barn door to bathroom which did not close all the way. Also no wall between bedroom to bathroom - sliding screens - no privacy. Food was good. Party room was beautiful - lighting was awesome. Check in a little mix up - in our room and door opens as someone else was given same room! Rooms were not soundproof. I also found it odd that pillows had sensors in them!
