When I finally started to fall asleep, The smoke alarm was going off for over an hour before the "maintenance man" came and disconnected it, and left me with no smoke detector and I didn't get any sleep.

At the present time our shuttle service is not available to be reserved on an individual basis. Please know since our conversation we have corrective the items as per our conversation and everything is functioning properly in that guest room.
