Detailed Reviews
$50 a night still feels like too much to pay to park an RV. Still, this place has most everything I needed for a quick two-day stay ... if you don't mind being packed in tight with other campers (sometimes that can be a good thing) ... and the two long documents I was forced to sign that made me feel like I was taking out a mortgage. The upsides of this well-managed campground were many, starting with the rock-solid WIFI (that alone is remarkable, in my experience) and the clean bathrooms (if a bit distant from the spot I was given). The fifth star was the result of a lovely (if muddy) long path through the woods my dog and I greatly enjoyed. Overall, red tape and expense aside, a pleasant stay.

Excellent campground. Great internet. Nice clean washrooms. Large pull through sites. 30 and 50 amp service. Really friendly people (Sue). Full hookup. Nice level site. Lots of extra activities - pool, jumping trampoline, mini golf, shuffleboard, horse shoes, playground. We atayed on a sunday night. It was nice and quiet. We will be back.

We had a 40 ft 5th wheel with full service. This campground is almost all seasonal with just 20 sites for camping in a wooded setting. All pull through. There is plenty to do for the children; playground, miniature golf, nice pool, and jump pad. The entire park is well maintained including the seasonal sites

The campground is, actually, a relatively nice campground. however, the female owner of the campground ruined what might have been an above average experience.
As I entered the campground from the road, I was trying to determine exactly where the office was, which is not clearly marked amongst the myriad of signs and other buildings, and cleverly disguised as an ice cream/snack bar, under a sunshade draped across then front of it. As I came to a stop, a female charged at my vehicle and unceremoniously commenced a full verbal teardown up one side and down the other of me, accusing me of speeding over 20mph after turning into the short entranceway and "bouncing" over the speedbump. After this she stomped off into, what I could finally determine was the office. Upon entry into the office, it appeared that she was an employee, or perhaps owner. The verbal onslaught continued. With no other available campgrounds in the area, I VERY reluctantly decided to remain in this campground.
I should have been more alerted to not pursue this campground when, prior to arrival, an extensive email of "policy rules release form" and "waiver liability release form" are emailed to reservation holders requiring them to agree to all of the contents prior to arrival.
I find it also very sad, that when someone asks, for example, an innocent question of whether or not cable TV is available, and the response is that no, it's not, but we have made available various activities that "WE" think you should take advantage of.
It's very sad when, sitting outside one evening, 2 kids went by my site, one of whom stirred up a bit of gravel on his bike, and the 2 of them tore back in a panic to put the gravel back in place, because they were concerned they might be in trouble. To put into your rules that if you stir up gravel, "you better be carrying a rake", doesn't sound like a pleasant place to be.
By the way, the inspection tour took place on her morning walk each morning to ensure nothing was amiss.
In summary, this woman has zero tact, and has no business dealing with the public. She took what could have been a pleasant stay, and turned it into an extreme negative.
I highly recommend not giving this establishment your business. There are much better campgrounds in the area to experience what this region has to offer.
