My fiancé and I went on a quick getaway from the city for Memorial Day weekend and we’re extremely impressed by our stay at Hotel Vienna. The views are gorgeous and they have so many amenities you don’t even need to leave the property. There is a beautiful indoor pool, 2 stylish decks overlooking the stunning views and a walking path that is magical. The owner and staff were very accommodating and friendly. They have a lounge with board games and lots of fire pits on the property. The rooms are huge and very clean with a private balcony. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Clean, comfortable rooms, nice continental breakfast. 5 minutes to skiing at Windham Mountain. Staff and owner are great! Look for pool and hot tub to open soon which will be a great plus. Would stay again.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean, the room had lots of open space rather than lots of furniture. Quiet in the room (no noise of air conditioner/heat/plumbing) and outside (no traffic). Could have been more variety at breakfast, and a bit pricey, but otherwise a perfect visit. The people at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Hotel is now fully renovated and it is very charming, super clean and staff was friendly. We had a very warm welcome. There is a deck on the back with such great view. Breakfast is simple, don’t expect many options but it works. We would definitely go back.

As always, a very enjoyable stay. Room was large, very clean, airy, well appointed and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was pleasant and super helpful. We have stayed at other hotels in the area - but the Hotel Vienna has become our go to hotel - and we always look forward to staying there whenever we are in the area.

Great overnight at the Hotel Vienna. The room was clean, warm, and comes with breakfast by the fire and hot coffee. Perfect location to Windham Mountain. We plan to be back to catch the next snowstorm.

I was excited about staying at Hotel Vienna. My son and I had spent the day skiing and were looking forward to a cozy stay at the hotel, which we had booked in advance. The room we were given was cold, caused by the air-conditioner being on. We tried to adjust the temperature but couldn't, so we asked the front desk for help. The woman came to the room, supposedly reset the system and said it could take 20 minutes for the switch to heat. We gave it about 45 minutes and the heat never came on. We let the front desk know, and after seeing for themselves that there was no heat, they said they would put us in another room while we went out for dinner. When we returned close to two hours later, we went into the new room, and it was just as cold as the first, with cold air blasting from the heater. Why had they not checked the temperature and made sure everything was right for when we came back? Realizing no one cared about our guest experience, I asked if I could get a full refund, and they said yes after consulting the manager. They printed out a refund confirmation when I asked for proof of the charge reversal. When I looked at it later, I realized it was a bogus document. They lied to my face when they said they would give a refund. My bank was unable to reverse the charge. This was a terrible experience for us. There was no attempt to make anything right, and no apology ever for the situation they put us in. The owners are thieves, and I see I'm not alone in thinking so. Shame on Hotel Vienna, and shame on Agoda for not holding the owners accountable for their scam.…

Very poor experience at hotel Vienna, DO NOT STAY HERE. -Very misleading photographs, they don’t advertise the building where the rooms actually are. -Walked into an ashtray smelling room, asked to switch rooms and did not get accommodated. - to top it out they have a no-refund cancellation policy. Tried cancelling weeks ago and ended up rescheduling my visit to make it work. - Decided to leave and not spend the night. Wish you luck out there.

Skied Windham with my children & grandchildren. We had three rooms at Hotel Vienna. The NEW owners are making a lot of improvements: decor, linens, and more. Some things they kept the same: world class Croissants! A good continental breakfast, and a fantastic staff (thank you Melanie!) We can't wait until the pool reopens, The hotel was spotlessly clean. We'll definitely be back.

We loved this great hotel. Super convenient location and great staff! The team made us feel like we were part of their home! We loved our experience and look forward to our next visit. The croissants in the AM were the best! Such aplace to stay and enjoy. We all slept so well at night and loved our time there!
