We paid for a non-smoking room, yet the room reeked of cigarettes, there were burn holes in the comforter, and there was a bag tied over the smoke detector. There were also condom wrappers in the drawers when we got there!
I stayed during the winter storm. All of the employees despite below freezing temperatures were ever so polite and humble. The girls at the desk made sure to give me a room on the 3rd floor which is all enclosed, another plus during Buffalo's winter. Room was decent, clean…
Clean, quiet. Small flat screen tv, workable free wi fi There are no: tissues, clock, room provided shampoo , conditioner, or hand cream. There is no morning breakfast service, only vending machines...but $40...???my channel changer did not have a battery compartment …
Rooms are very reasonable for an overnight stay. I had a King bed in the non-smoking section of the motel. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke reminiscent of the 1980s. The floors were laminated wood. I would advise not to walk barefoot on them. The sheets were clean…
The reasons I keep returning to this hotel are: The location is right up my ally. The price is always reasonable. The rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly. I would rather pay less and get more of what I need then poor more for stuff thats already added into the price.
"3rd floor is enclosed if you want that hotel feeling"
"I would contact the location to book. They offer a room for $45.99. Less than I paid and probably just what I needed"
"Perhaps ask for the corner units where there is less traffic of people who potentially smoke a lot."
"I would say don't stay here, dirty sheets, met with bad attitude"
"The sun is warm on the east side of the building."
