My daughter wanted a beautiful visual for her social media along with having a great time for her Birthday !! We had the greatest Front Desk person Marcel she was AMAZING! She made my daughter feel so welcome and she was always smiling and pleasant. My daughter brought to for her closet friends and the had an amazing time. They say by the fireplace and made sure to take advantage of every beautiful element the hotel had to offer. They are into fitness so the beautiful rooftop pool along with the large fitness center just put the icing in the cake. The most amazing memories were made this birthday. Also another special thanks to David the Front of House manager who spoke to me before check out was just as amazing! I will definitely be back!

We visited for my daughters 6th birthday just to get away and have a special night with her. Daniel B at the front desk made sure that happened from the moment we arrived by upgrading us to an executive suite upon arrival. Our daughter was so exited when we got to the room and she saw the large suite. He then sweetened the night by sending up birthday cupcakes for all 3 kids. What great customer service! When making a special trip and putting in money and time, it’s so nice to have the experience match up. Thank you Daniel! Because of you we will be sure to visit again.

This was our first time staying overnight and trying the accommodations at the Ritz in Westchester. We have been there many times as guest for dining, but never stayed in there accommodations at this location. As we were checking in we had a warm welcome by the door man who served us with two glasses of champagne. The front desk was also very professional and nice upon arrival. We had checked into our room and I have to say it was quite clean and spacious. I had expected it to be more updated, as the carpets were quite worn and furniture was outdated a bit. As we returned back from a evening of dining and spa treatments we had discovered our room very cold,and the heat was not working properly all into the night. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged with some other things that needed to be addressed. We were quite disappointed that this was a issue and had not been inspected prior to arrival to make sure everything was up to par. We reached out to management and are hoping this will be addressed and we will be compensated for the issues that took place during our stay. The best part of our holiday weekend was the incredible massage at the spa, and dinner we had at the lounge. The food and service was impeccable, and it was romantic having the fireplace right next to us while dining. Joel and his co workers are very professional and accommodating with there hospitality. This is one of the reasons why we like to go there to dinner regularly, and come for a night out. I’m not sure if I will come to stay there overnight again, but we will definitely return for a night dining at the lounge.

The hotel is very nice, the staff in the lounge are the best! LaToya was a great server and the front desk staff was excellent. They really had wonderful service. David was incredibly accommodating. Could not recommend them more highly. They got us a yoga mat, an adapter for the tv, any amenities we needed. Rushed room service, took care of us as we would expect from a Ritz Carlton. BUT they have parties there every weekend and the ballroom is NOT soundproofed. We were on the 8th floor and the base and the sound was THUMPING into the bed and we could not sleep until after 11. It was pretty much unbearable as if it goes straight up an airshaft and into the bed. Even with earplugs, the base was too much. People go to hotels TO SLEEP. We called and complained and were told we just had to suck it up until 11 when the party was over. They did not even say they might ask the DJ to turn the base down or do anything for the guests in the hotel. We were also not given a reduction in our rate. Ritz Carlton CANNOT charge a full rate when you CANNOT SLEEP and they KNOW there is a problem with the sound in the room above the party. NO OTHER HOTEL would do this. It is totally unacceptable so their rating goes from a 5-star to a 2-star. All the professionalism and service and amenities in the world don't matter if you can't SLEEP.

Breakfast buffet in the lobby was extremely disappointing. Very few food choices, terrible service, sub par food. Staff overseeing buffet was not on the ball-we had to tell them there were no bowls for the cereal. Went here for New Years Day breakfast, I won't return. The Hyatt Greenwich is so much better. This doesn’t help the Ritz Carlton brand at all. One good thing - we really loved the modern fireplace
