This place is perfect! Right in the middle of the wine trail and on the Lake. Stayed in the LaDue room and the view of Lake Erie is wonderful! Room was super clean and decorated beautifully. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. We will definitely return when the weather is warmer and out this on "our list" of weekend getaways!

We spent 4 nights in a very comfortable room, the Morse suite, with king bed, multijet shower, and outside private entrance. The breakfasts were superb, something different every morning. Our suite access involved only one step, which made it easy for people with walking/climbing difficulties. We would definitely return.

Beautiful, lovingly cared for, turn of the century house. Plenty to explore. Hiking, Lake Erie beach walking and of course wineries to visit. We went after season so it was quiet and relaxing. Lori and Russ are kind and helpful. I will repeat what many others have mentioned...breakfast was delish (the apple pie pancakes, yum!). The home is meticulous and wonderfully decorated with added touches for Halloween during our stay. I wish there were more stars to add to this review. We cannot wait to visit again!

Walking distance to the beach. Centrally located to the vineyards. 200 year old house. Pleasant owners with very good breakfast (Russ’s Swedish limpa bread was out of this world!). Would recommend. 5/5

Our stay was short, just overnight, but it was wonderful. Lori was kind and friendly. The Alford suite was warm and inviting, the bed was very cozy. Just a beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

We recently stayed here while visiting the Erie Wine Trail. It was beautiful, with a magnificent view of Lake Erie. Our room was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the innkeepers were very welcoming and friendly. If I get back this way, I will definitely stay here!

Wonderful Weekend stay in New York Wine Country. It's always good when all the details of property are as described. Met our expectations and provided a very large room overlooking the harbor and Lake Erie. Breakfast was a special treat. Close to town and places for dinner.

Excellent, I will be going back very soon if possible. The proprietors are wonderful very accommodating and super friendly! The location was absolutely perfect for lovers of Lake Erie! The beach was fun and found beach glass! The decorating was lovely very comfortable!

You will be happy you chose this B&B for a trip to the Chautauqua region of New York. The location is excellent. You can watch the sun set over Lake Erie from the very cozy covered side deck. It is just minutes to wineries, beaches, Lake Chautauqua, and state parks. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. The extra amenities are a nice unexpected bonus. I have only one caution. You must climb a full set of stairs to access the rooms on the second floor. If you have trouble navigating stairs, request the one room on the first floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a great time visiting - stayed in the Tupper room to enjoy the view of Lake Erie. It was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfy. Great porch and outdoor spaces. Inn keepers are very personable and helpful. The beach across the street is really nice (as well as the marina with two boat launches). There is also a great stretch of beach to the west of the inn which you can walk to. We also were able to purchase smoked fish, fresh perch, and frozen grouper at the Westfield fisheries. We came to see a concert at Chautauqua and to bird at Presque Isle State Park on a Tu/W. What a relaxing getaway!
