We spend a winter weekend at Cape Lodge for a romantic getaway. It was wet and cold weekend so i was glad to see there was a reverse cycle a/c unit. I got it cranking to warm the room but unless you stood right underneath it you couldn't feel it. We realised there was a big gap in the bay... More

We visited for a weekend away from kids. We enjoyed two excellent nights in a garden view room, which was very sweet and lush with a lovely outlook. Bathroom was great, with heated floors a welcome luxury on cold winter days. Staff were very attentive. To really take the luxury up a level, make sure you eat in the restaurant... More

Booked a 3 night mid-week retreat at Cape Lodge, and only wished we'd stayed longer. Reception staff were terrific, restaurant staff were terrific, service and maintenance staff were terrific, room was huge, grounds were terrific. Guess you get my point. Great place to stay!! Only one (very) small observation. Footpaths to the villas are not lit, so returning to ones... More

We stayed here at the end of June for four nights ... and loved every minute of it! Our room was beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food was to die for! It's expensive to dine in the restaurant, however, it's worth every mouthful! We've dined and travelled all around the world and... More

What a place to stay. It was awesome. The staff so friendly, you want for nothing. The unit very nice, comfortable, lots of toiletries provided. Located away from everywhere in the winery district. Our package also included a 3 course dinner one night. Amazing food. The brekkies were to die for. Such a great choice.

My husband and I needed a peaceful but luxurious place within Australia for an escape from our busy Melbourne work lives and friends recommended Cape Lodge as accommodation that could both revive and refresh so we booked for a seven night stay. We were not disappointed! On Capes Road between Dunsborough and Margaret River in South West WA, Cape Lodge... More

Beautiful surroundings, delightful accommodation in the grounds, delicious food. The staff were friendly and attentive and we were sad to leave! We were touring the area so it was a conveniently central point from which to go out exploring. We would recommend staying here if you are in the Margaret River region and are looking for an upmarket hotel.

What a magnificent place to stay. I went on a romantic weekend away with my partner it was simply amazing. Beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and amazing food in the restaurant! The place was that big that you thought you were the only people there, but it was until going to the restaurant that you knew you weren't alone.
