We had a great time at Yallingup Forest Resort, the management were friendly, welcoming and informative. The rooms we stayed in were spotless both inside and out, pots, pans, trays and everything else one could need, both bedrooms we used were pristine and cozy and the fireplace was great as well. Honestly cant fault our whole experience, if you go,... More

We were given 2 days in this resort by my daughter and her partner. When we saw where it was it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but we needed a break and this was it. We were memorized by the setting as soon as we drove up to our chalet. The units are completely self contained... More

What's on offer are duplex chalets in a lovely bush setting, after rain the peppermint tree smell is to die for. Amenities include a pool, BBQ area and tennis courts. All very nice but to me a resort has a service component as well. We had a younger family in the other half of our duplex; they got up earlier... More

Did not initially know too much about this but now glad that we found it. Central launching pad to reach everything in the Margaret River region, fantastic home base. The chalets are comfy and the 2 bedroom chalet easily slept 5 of us . Quiet at night due to the separation / distance between the chalets. Just 5 minutes from... More

This is the first time we have left a trip advisor review but this place was a shocker. These are not necessarily in any order: 1. Be aware that all chalets are duplexes on stilts. The walls are paper thin so not only is the place constantly shaking, night & day, you can hear every word the other family or... More

Dear Sima B Thank you for your review, which is most disappointing. We do take issue with the resort being described as ‘a shocker’ – many of our guests return year after year and others choose to extend their stays because they enjoy the resort so much. This, like the certificate of excellence we’ve received from Trip Advisor three years... More

This is not really a resort as such but more like a holiday campsite. The accommodation is peaceful and quiet but very basic. No condiments or milk or bathroom products are provided for your arrival. And there are no BBQ's with each chalet which we found disappointing. You need to use communal ones. The rooms are a little old fashioned... More

Dear Charl_Miles Thank you for your review. Just a couple of factual amends. A small supply of tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk is provided to get you started - plus other kitchen stock items such as washing-up liquid, salt and pepper. In the bathrooms locally produced natural soap is provided. Best Wishes James and Cathy More

My boyfriend and I were in need of some relaxation time and I booked a two night deal at the Yallingup Forrest Resort through Scoopon. The booking process was simple and the staff were friendly and helpful. The two bedroom chalet was ideally located in the bush area and was comfortable and spacious. We were close to the wineries and... More

We've stayed here several times before- its a great location and very quiet. The cabin we had this time had a new kitchen fittings and some new utensils and pans, and a new bathroom fit out- not too important to us but we appreciated and used. Woken up on Boxing day night by a herd of elephants on the roof.... More

We arrived at the Yallingup Forrest Resort in need of some down time and found plenty. The 2 bedroom cabin comfortably slept two couples, the lounge area fabulous for sharing time together and the kitchen perfect for evenings in when we opted to cook or prepare our own food and sip local wines and beers on the deck. Add tennis... More
