We recently held our staff Christmas party at Hotel Rottnest. We booked with Chris in Events Management and everything went just as planned. The food was nothing short of excellent, our drinks selection was great and the staff were most attentive to our guests. Then there is the view, best view in the world possibly. We always stop in here...

We were really disappointed by how little you get for your accommodation dollar at this property. For over $300 a night, we got a room that was a good size but very plain and basic. Hard towels and no beach towels. Very ordinary physical location at the back of the hotel. No included breakfast. We're not princesses, and actually often...

We visited Rottnest Island for the first time on Christmas Eve and stopped here for lunch. The staff were super helpful and the food was delicious! I had one of the best pizzas I've ever had! And of course, the setting is just perfect. Would 100% go back.

Having been to a number of seaside Hotel/Pubs, I wasn't expecting to be wowed by this one. I expected the usual sub standard pub food, hastily put together for tourists. But I was mistaken. The food is spectacular and incredibly well priced. The view of course is incredible and the hotel is close to the pier if you are waiting...

Sure they have a near monopoly and may not feel the need to compete but we are allways happy overall. Meal quality is excellent, especially in the evening. This place can get very busy but the staff try hard.

I've been to Rotto many times but this was my wife's first trip, and she's a "foodie!", so we headed to the HR optimistic. We weren't disappointed at all, she had two seafood entrees while I went for my standard fish and chips. All our meals were excellent, and the service was great. But for mine the view and atmosphere...

Stunning day trip or a sleep over. Spent 2 nights @Rottnest Lodge; stuning water for swimming; restuarants we ate at served good food but a bit expensive. Drinls were very expensive. Lots for kids to do includong cycling around the Island.

Rottnest Island is a must visit place. Absolutely superb. The public areas of the hotel (bar etc) were great. But our room was not 4 star. In a courtyard with a budget motel feel I have to say it was over-priced. Our stay was not helped by there being a rock band (performing a day later on the island) who...

We couldnt fault the pizzas. This chef mixes cheeses and tasty ingredients to create original fare. The drinks service at the bar was efficient. As flies are a problem in Western Australia, it was positive to see a the table cleaner meticulously cleaning every table.
