Wish we had stayed here longer. Stunning views as up a hill, but less than 2 km from centre of town which has everything. Sitting out on the verandah in afternoon we were treated to kangaroos grazing in the grounds and loads of beautiful birds in the nearby trees. Cottage has all facilities you need and is very comfortable. Really...

We spent 2 nights in the Blue Wren cottage and were extremely happy with our stay. Elsa was a gracious host, texting us to ensure we had arrived safely and to be sure we didn't require anything more. The cottage was clean and well-equipped. We appreciated the ample firewood available and found the bed to be extremely comfortable. Good hot...

Stayed here for a week in mid October 2016. The location is great as it's close to town but still feels close to nature. The accommodation is split in two, with the lower half containing one double bedroom, shower, kitchen and living room and the upper half has the outside "eco toilet" and a further two bedrooms. It should be...

This property is beautifully located on the edge of Denmark town. We stayed in the Blue Wren Cottage which had a lovely outlook and cosy warm fire. It was perfect for our needs as it had a we'll-equipped kitchen, good hot shower, very comfortable bed and was clean and neat. The bonus was a great wood fire with plenty of...

We stayed in the eco cottage which is quite well priced but may not be for everyone, the toilet is upstairs and is an eco toilet, the cottage has plenty of space and self contained, rustic looking and very quiet location, slow combustion heater with plenty of wood ready to go, worth checking out.

We visited here just over 12 months ago and came back expecting a more relaxing time. Well that is what happened. The wildlife was still about and included Kangaroos and Blue Wrens. The weather was on/off raining but that is the time of the year and the wood fire kept the nights warm and cosy. The cottage was well equiped,...

Husband and I wanted a quiet secluded place to spend 3 nights while exploring the area... Cottage was clean and well equipped. Loved the wood fire... Loved the view.. Just wish the bushes outside the lounge window had been trimmed right down... Had to stand to see the magnificent view.... Bed was comfy loved having hot bath to soak in......

I love staying at Bombina Cottages. Particularly in winter, when everything is lush, I love watching the weather coming in over the inlet through the large windows, while being warm and snug with the very efficient pot belly stove. Everything you need and a few extras, the Forest Lodge is kept impeccably clean with a friendly helpful manager. Peaceful with...

We stayed in the Forest cottage for 6 nights. Two adults and one baby. The stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed having lunches on the deck overlooking the town, walking in to town and back from the cottage (steep hill but manageable even with a pram), the local wildlife (white browed babblers dustbathing in the carport in particular) and the...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Eco cottage of Bombina Cottages. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Our drive up was a little hairy with the gravel drive on a non 4WD car but it is pretty well maintained and once we were used to it, it presented no problems. The cottage itself is...
