Clean, comfortable and just a little quirky. Interesting motor bike collection inside building. Great hostess. Quaint town but their tour guide could be a lot better if buildings and objects were numbered and in a better sequence. Map could be a lot clearer.

Staying at the Queen of the Murchison has changed my take on B&B's! This place is great! Comfortable, welcoming and busting with charm. By far, the best place we stayed on our trip from Kununurra to Perth.

The hotel is like stepping back in yesteryear. The owners have an amazing collection, of well, everything! It is very clean and comfortable, with shared bathroom facilities. Carla, the owner, made us feel so welcome and was a delight to chat to.

If you're looking for clean, comfortable and quaint accommodation, stop at the Queen of the Murchison. It's a bit quirky with antiques, birds and bikes on show but the service and ambience is great. Note: there are no rooms with ensuite bathrooms.

As old bikers we really appreciated the warm welcome from Carla and Chaz, the mad collections of old/vintage motorbikes, memorabilia and perfect bird nests. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had somewhere safe to stash our bikes. They played our kind of music on our last night and I had a vision of them boogieing to stepenwolf in...

The welcome received, cleanliness and friendliness was excellentl. We were intrigued by the owner's collection of memorabilia and knowledge of the history of Cue which was willingly shared. The room was clean and so comfortable. Great photos on a wet evening overlooking the town from the balcony. Certainly a place we would love to return to and spend more time...

We discovered this gem about eight years ago. My husband and I always stay at the Queen of the Murchison on our way to and from Marble Bar. Carla, the owner, is lovely and most accommodating. For example, although we arrived at 10:00pm last night a warm welcome awaited us. We always enjoy Carla's home-cooked dinners. She knows when to...

The Queen of the Murchison is a great place to stay. The many collections provide a fascinating backdrop to the grandeur of the old hotel. Take advantage of the meals provided by your host, Carla, as she is a great cook presenting meals that will not disappoint.

We stayed for 1 night after deciding not to stay at Meekatharra and what an enjoyable stay it was for many reasons. This B&B is definitely a bit different but we enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely stay again. You get to prepare your own breakfast and chat with the other guests in the morning. Carla was a great...

Lovely staff but dated and with no heating. The standard you can expect in this part of countryside, advertised heating / air conditioning available in lounge area only and our room got really cold at night. My wife saw a ghost but it was a friendly one.
