We stayed in chalet two with our friends from the Uk. The bird life included fairy wren both male and female, western spine bill, fire tail finch, western rosella and a scarlet robin. The two main bed rooms were roomy. The third bedroom was cramped with two single beds. The kitchen dining and lounge facilities were well appointed. Overall a...

We enjoyed a quiet time off at one of their chalets, the self contained chalet had three bed, enough for two couples, the pictures in the house and Tiber roof were impressive. You can see rare blue sparrows almost every morning and evening. The views from kitchen and balcony were amazing - you can see open fields with kangaroos jumping...

Comfortable well-organised open kitchen/dining/lounge, everything we needed, scrupulously clean - and what a view! - even in pouring rain and gale-force winds. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Needed extra milk and Paul obligingly supplied a litre.

Spacious and welcoming. The view was spectacular over bush land to the river and sea. A wide variety of bird life and hundreds of kangaroo feeding in a far paddock. Great central location to the lighthouse and four MUST see caves. Privacy, quiet, security and relaxation.

Really homely chalets with big comfy beds. Beautiful views and very friendly hosts. Needs a little updating but it doesn't take away from the tranquility and the gorgeous silence. Would have stayed a week in a heartbeat. Wood heater, BBQ facilities on your own verandah

For the price, it's totally worth it. We got a chalet for 7 and it was complete. It has all the cooking utensils we needed, a BBQ pit, and lovely wood fire. The owner is also very nice. we had problems with starting the wood fire but although they were busy with a birthday celebration, they attended to us. Would...
