We stayed one night as we passed through Pontevedra which we found an enjoyable and interesting place. The Rias Bajas is right on the edge of the old town in a virtually perfect location. It has parking right opposite the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit of a relic from an earlier age and like most of the newer... More

We were only in Pontevedra for a night so we chose this hotel for it's proximity to the old town. The parking (at 10 euro's a day) is extra but essential as there seems to be no other options. The reception staff were pleasant enough, the hallway lights are on motion sensors but the lighting is a little dull. The... More

+ very professional and efficient waiter/ very good service. (He is in his senior years, more than 50 but, man, he is great. If David Fragueiro fits the description, then he is the one.) He recommended me a dessert and said that if I didn't like it, he would change it. Of course, I did not do that. Unfortunately for... More

We stayed here as a stop on the Camino and found it was a reasonable hotel. A little highly priced, but comfortable rooms and well located. The staff were very helpful, and they allowed us to store our bicycles in a.locked area. The weak spot is clearly the breakfast, which at 7E was not cheap. Unlike every other hotel we... More

Although it's a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, I'd say it's money well spent because of the location... close to everything! The rooms are really spacious and super clean. the staff are not the friendliest.

It was centrally located hotel that is modern and clean. We are glad to have stayed here. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the room was a good size. The staff were very friendly as well.

Came to Pontevedra with a bunch of friends for semana santa. The rooms was quite spacious and large as we got two rooms that were connected. But the rooms were a bit dated, would say it needs to be modernized a bit. The common area and the eating area seems to have had a update but the rest of the... More

This hotel is located only 20metres from the Camino de Santiago, so it was easy to pick up the trail in the morning. Breakfast was a disappointment, with very little choice, no fruit at all, but a hefty price tag. The privately owned carpark was a bonus, at a reasonable price, right across the road from the hotel.

We booked with MacAdventures and stayed one night in early October 2015. Hotel was easy to find and Reception was slow typing out all our passport details took ages when we were tired!. The room was good and clean which was all we were expecting and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was average - Ham, Cheese and Bread & Croissants.... More
