Straight away would like to say that I would come back to this hotel for same price we paid this October!!!! + + + First good things: Hotel is newly renovated. f From outside and inside buildings/room look great. Room were cleaned every day. Food: you won't be hungry! We stayed 5 nights and each day could find different dish. But there were few dishes the same each day, which was a big help with fussy eater (spaghetti bolognese was his favorite!). Local beer and white wine was tasty. Coffee/tea was served each time in main restaurant, that was big plus for me, as in some hotels it served only in the mornings. Big swimming pool we didn't use, but kids pool with slide is brilliant! Son, who turned 6 while we were there loved it so much! Beach is less than 10 min away from the hotel. THE SEA - that is the main reason we would come back here! The water is crystal clear. Beach itself I didn't like, but its my personal opinion, as me and my family prefer sand and this was stones. But if you have special footwear-not a problem at all! Hotel has his own lounges on the beach. PEOPLE-amazing! everyone is friendly and helpful! We didn't have any issues, each time we had some requests-been answered politely and staff was trying their best! Our son had birthday on our departure day, so we asked for late check out what was possible, so we could decorate the room. Hotel even brought him birthday cake with plate of fruits and champagne, what was very pleasant!!!Thank you for that so much! - - - Now not so good points: Room was new, but smell from the toilet drain on the floor was killing. My husband put floor towel on the top of that dray and that smell gone. Hotel should considering to do something with that... All inclusive drinks - sorry, but really didn't like. Tried all cocktails , and some of them were taste exactly the same, even though names were different! :) Same cocktails in the main bar tasted different, been better.... But husband liked beer!!! Asked is it possible to pay for different cocktails but was told they making only what is in all inclusive... Our biggest disappointment was kids club! Never ever saw anything like that in any hotel in any country and were traveling with our kid often before pandemic... The building look like will collapse, entrance ( and i don't scare to say it loud!) IS dangerous! Walls and floor falling apart... Toys: well, there are some, but broke with missing parts. Pencils/markers for drawing, even plane paper - joke. My child was confused after we came out from that club-he asked me quietly why there is NOTHING to do inside...SORRY, but it is disaster, not a kids club. So, if the kids club would look like kids club, i would give 5 stars, not 4. But as we are family with a kid it play a big part in having perfect time at the resort. . Also, the hotel itself is in quit area, nothing to do around, but if you came for just having a good time on the beach and swim in the sea-its is the perfect place!…
We are at the hotel now. We are with young children. Room next to the pool and we have a problem with the baby falling asleep. Crazy hotel guests until late at night. No reaction from the service side. Guests from Russia, England do what they want. They turn on their own loudspeaker and listen to music by the pool until 2am. Families with children have a problem because of this because children are crying and the hotel advertises itself as quiet and family. Children's pool old and run down. The same is for the kids club. Old toys, dirt and mess. It was supposed to be beautiful and it is as it is .... I do not recommend it. Yesterday I had to calm down the hotel guests myself because the service man could not explain to the guests that it was night and other people wanted to sleep.…
I was here for one week with my friends. The hotel is amazing, The food is good but I miss mord variety especially in The morning. About The animation team very good people Francesca, Nicola, Tommaso and Ginevra. So, was a very good holiday.
Really a great hotel with plenty of organised facilities such as a pool, gym, bar, shop, spa with massage and a restaurant with plenty of choice. We spent 19 days and every day was a pleasure. Rhodos Island isn't that big so you can easily travel to other places. All the staff is friendly, from reception to cleaning, restaurant and especcialy the best animation team ever; Leaded by our hero and 24/7 energic Tomasso and his French/Italian college’s yoga fit Léa, best and most smiling dancer Francesca, games and sports with super Nico and always friendly kids carer Charlotte. A place to visit again ❤️☀️😎🥳
We stayed at this lovely hotel from Jul 18 to Jul 25 2021 and it was awesome holiday experience for us. Especially I would like to remark high level of service and delicious meals in the restaurant. Personally I'm a big fan of Greek cuisine and my 10 years old son loved it as well after tasting it for the first time. Spacious renovated rooms, authentic elements in the design and purely white building of the hotel make perfect impression and despite a lot of guests create some privacy. Housekeeping was doing great job daily cleaning the rooms and changing the bed clothes, however be ready that there is no iron in the room, you can't get and most likely you won't get your clothes pressed even with laundry service. But who cares when you're on holidays :) A special thanks goes to Tomasso, Lea, Francesca, Nicola, Genevra and Charlotte for their dedicated work in animation service daily. The guys have great sense of humor, always energized and cheered up paying attention to the different needs of all the guests. I was every day on fitness activities and my son was spending every morning in the swimming pool competing in water basketball or water polo. Great place to spend your summer vacation with family. And Rhodes island is a beautiful gem in Greece necklace.…
The hotel is GREAT! The food, the staff, everything. Some small stuff could be better but we loved our stay there anyway. This hotel is mostly suited for families, but we as a couple without kids enjoyed a lot. Big shoutout to the animators team, who worked with kids and adults the whole day. We even get to go to a party in the city, and even sang in a karaoke night at the hotel. The animators team made our stay much funnier. A special thank you to Franzeska from the animators team! You rocked! The reception and cleaning staff is also very nice and helps with any problems. Our air conditioning didn’t work in the first day, but after they sent the technician it worked perfectly. And we even got an wine and fruit plate from the hotel as a sorry. The food buffet was amazing, always with a lot of options. There’s a orange syrup cake and a coconut cake which are the best cakes I’ve had in years! You get a meal at the a la carte restaurant from the hotel, which is also amazing. One bad thing was we got a little bee attack during our meal, but nothing tragic. The beach is a 15 min walk, which is amazing. However it doesn’t has a lot of chairs and umbrellas, which means it gets full really fast. You can always get a towel and lie on the ground though. Or you can go to the pool, where the animators make games, water gymnastics and dance lessons. Or you go to the pool with the slide and have fun there. One special thing was that, since our flight and transfer were super early, we wouldn’t have time for breakfast. So we talked to the staff and they kindly prepared a small breakfast buffet for us. It was great and we had the chance to get good ready for our flight. The hotel is located not near the city, which means if you want to go visit the city center you need a bus (hotel has the schedules), a cab or a rented car. The cab to the center costs 30€, so for us the bus was a better option. You just have to pay attention to the bus hours. (Important: that’s not the city bus, is from a private company. You can see on google map which company it belongs and find the bus stops easier) My down notes are just a few: - the Wifi is really bad. Our room wasn’t in the main building, which means we didn’t have wifi in your bedroom. And even in the main building, it wouldn’t work that good, being very slow or falling out every time. I used all my mobile data during our stay. - you can’t find online the wellness deals and prices, which for me personally was bad because I really wanted a massage but getting there was a little bit more expensive then I thought. - our bedroom was probably new build, because there was wholes on the walls of the bathroom. Also, the shower didn’t have any curtains, which means every time we showered, the whole bathroom was wet like a pool. And the shower “head” was way too low, which means we had to hold it the whole time during shower. We think they didn’t finish to build the room and gave us anyway (which it didn’t bother much, but it’s good to know I guess). Also for some reason (maybe the hotel was totally full), they gave us a room for disabled people. No problem there, just weird.…
We stayed at the Lippia Hotel from 9 July to 16 July 2021. The hotel reopened after renovation on 18 June 2021. We had an all-inclusive stay and its extent was really above standard in our experience so far. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were very varied and the buffet was renewed throughout the week. In addition, there was a poolside buffet throughout the day, which included kebabs and two other hot meals in addition to vegetables and fruit. As for drinks, pretty much anything was available all day, including juices, beer and mixed drinks/cocktails. The hygiene measures in the dining room and all adjacent areas were impeccable, with staff carefully disinfecting the tables after each guest, wearing gloves which they also disinfected after handling used utensils etc. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel had an animation programme all day, evening entertainment until about 11pm, however the relaxation areas of the hotel were completely quiet and the music from the pool could not be heard. Ideal if you want to have your peace and quiet. The beach had to be walked about 500m, but for that the beach was free, as it is about 5km in length and there is a minimum of hotel beaches. Parasols and sunbeds were free and there were plenty of them throughout our holiday. The beach was pebbly, the sea wonderfully clear, the waves not big. The entrance to the water was quite steep, the depth after about 8 meters from the shore.…
This hotel is all inclusive and it is all inclusive, for all meals, drinks and even ice-cream. Rooms are cleaned each day, the staff are very friendly. They have a great mini-market on the premises. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy!
Myself and my family stayed at this hotel last week this review is to help other families choose a good hotel for their annual holiday. Firstly like to say the staff at this hotel are amazing never felt so welcomed they couldn't put a foot wrong other good points pool and slides fab and the selection of drinks, room was large and ample for two adults and 11 year old and 15 year old. Bad points my room had cocroaches daily it was horrendous tip there is to cover drains and plugs they in all fairness offered to move us but the covering of drains did the trick. In relation to food we hated it we just couldn't find anything we liked chips were cold there was meat options of veal nothing seemed warm unless you get there as soon as it opens the children Just ate bread and chips we had to go out a few times to feed them , examples were sprouts and peas for breakfast i dont know if this is normal in other countries but it was odd there are lots of Russians there so maybe that's what they like i don't know. In relation to barbecue night we were not impressed some of us couldn't even chew the steak as it was so tough we were so looking forward to that night but it wasn't as good as other reviews claim. In relation to the area its in the middle of nowhere really it is very quiet but you can get a bus easily around. Overall some highs and lows in our stay ie cocroaches!!! It was good value for money and nice people il leave you make your own decision, happy holidays ☺…
I dont know where the other people have their reviews from as this is not correct. Firstly it is correct the staff are amazing, lovely people and cant do enough to ensure you enjoy. However this is better described as a 2 star hotel. It is very dated basic rooms with back breaking beds. If your lucky like me the crickets join you in your room and keep you up all night trying to find the little buggers. No pesticides used around the grounds so it's literally crawling. Sister had 2 giant cockroaches in her bathroom. The water from the bath comes up through a drain on the bathroom floor. Pool towels provided.. which look like rags I use for polishing and live under the kitchen sink. The food is usually cold this is due to the heat lamps being too small for the food trays. And that's if your lucky enough to find something to eat. And we will try everything its just not nice. The hotel reception bar is the best elisavet is lovely! The bbq restaurant has been bigged up by other travellers but unfortunately tough steak didnt make the grade and all 7 of is came away disappointed. Service was good though. The beach here is pretty naf and there is nothing graceful of being crippled by boulders entering and leaving the sea. Hardly any English so you'll be lucky if anyone breaks a smile at you. The gym well room is like a sweat box.. 3 weights machines a mat and 3 hulu hoops.... treadmill..bike dont know where they are. Make your own hiit session up and the wood floor moves when you do.... I recommend if you are coming and it's too late to change the flora restaurant is beautiful and ammodes beach bar restaurants in falaraki is amazing. We have clearly chosen the wrong area and hotel but having been out and about the island is lovely the people are so nice we will return just somewhere else.…
