My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week, with complete satisfaction from the staff and their services. Their rooms were comfortable and clean, they had a range of different food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a variety of drinks, and staying by their poolside with a breeze was always gorgeous. Everyone there were lovely and very accommodating, from the receptionists to the bar staff to the waiters, always happy to help and assist with your needs. The hotel manager as well, Mario, was incredibly helpful and acknowledging of others, with also great management of the hotel itself and a warm welcoming of the guests. All in all, we had a perfect stay, and we thank the team for their great hospitality, and would love to be back again for another vacation!

The hotel was very peaceful, clean and had all amenities we needed. We booked all inclusive, the food was tasty and healthy and the dining room was well maintained. There is also a great sized pool, with many sunbeds, a small arcade area and a nice bar. Staff were friendly and professional. The manager, Mario, was excellent, attentive and accommodating and sorted out our late check out without a problem. The hotel is well connected with taxi companies and day trip companies which allowed us to explore Rhodes a lot more. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The food is limited in choice but tasty, though a lot of the guests complained about it. The swimming pool is large, clean and mostly quite deep. The man who runs the pool bar was very helpful. However, there is a strong smell from the cesspit around the pool some evenings. One problem is the location. There is virtually nothing close except one small shop. The buses are cheap but it is a half-hour walk to the nearest bus stop, located on a busy dual carriageway that is very difficult to cross. At 5.00am during our last night, Reception telephoned to ask when we were checking out. We got up and he told us he had misread the dates. When we complained to the Manager, the story was changed and we were told that the airport had phoned. (Really?? A day before our flight was due to leave??) We had been to Reception several times to book a late checkout. Before we checked out, we reminded the Manager of our late checkout and were told this was fine. However, when we checked out at 11.00 suddenly there were no rooms. The Manager disappeared and never came back. We had to wait in Reception or outside from 11.00am until 1.00 the next morning. Food or drink would cost the full late room fee of 20 euros each (without the room). As we arrived on the first day at 3.00am so had a day less at the hotel, we felt this was petty. During the 14 hour wait, we were bitten extensively by the jumping insects that infest the sunbeds. We will certainly not be going back.

I stayed here for 4 nights. On arrival Mario was there to greet me and explain the all inclusive plan which I found to be fair for a small establishment. He is doing a really good job at lifting this hotel and getting it to its full potential! The hotel all round is always clean! The lobby area spotless! The room, it’s clean but could do with a new mattress apart from that the air con was great, balcony was lovely and I did have a good night sleep every night. The pool and bar area I found absolutely perfect. Great size, very clean and very peaceful! Plenty of seating under shade and sun loungers. Games area with pool table and a few arcade games nice touch, did play pool in the evenings a few times and it was lovely the patio all lit up at night. The beach is literally 2 minute walk and you will not believe how lucky you are until you see it and get there! Absolutely stunning! Overall I am happy with my stay, amazing value for the money and I will be back in September! See you soon Mario👊🏽

Welcoming Hotel "Sivila" at Afandou village in Rhodes of South-Eastern golden coast with very clear and pure Sea with good quality of service and accommodation. Situated about 500 metres far from the Sea. Staff of the hotel and manager Vasilios are attentive and polite. National and traditional kitchen is delightful tasty with high quality of ingredients. Service of cleaning apartments, hotel territory and around swimming pool is good enough. Towels are clear, in addiction the soap for shower. Three floors Hotel has a small shop with beverages, still water, ice cream and souvenirs. Elevator (lift) also is working for luggages. Modern and ambient music during dinner. It makes the dinner is nice with a big pleasure. The hotel service provides for very quite, comfortable and domestical atmosphere during your vocation or weekends. For guests provides English, Greek, Germany and Russian speaking staff at reception and restaurant. Rent car and taxi calling is provided at reception. In this hotel "Sivila" is always want to back again and again. We are wishing the prosperity and development to the Hotel "Sivila" and for each, the staff and guests! Best Regards, Raissa S. and Halyna M. from Ukraine.

I am currently writing this on the second night of my holiday and wish it was my last. This hotel is set in the middle of nowhere, a ten minute walk will take you to the beach but there is nothing there apart from sea and sand. This is the first ever resort I have gone to that is not centred along the coast. You are literally stuck unless you get a taxi to somewhere of interest. The hotel is moderately comfortable and staff are very friendly but the all inclusive is the worst value of anywhere I have previously stayed, drinks end at 10:30 and bar staff are afraid of owner. No snacks provided during afternoon. Beds are comfortable but don’t worry about that as you’ll not need one, the local dogs and cockerels will ensure you don’t get any sleep all night. Breakfast is atrocious and we are easily pleased! No fruit or facilities to make a piece of toast. No effort to put on any entertainment and given the location it only results in a very boring place to stay.

Never wrote a review in my life but stay well away from this hell hole. Filthy horrible place in the middle of nowhere. It needs to be shut down. Rhodes however is a beautiful place just do not stay here.
