I came here in April for WHD which was being hosted at EuropaPark. Staff was super helpful, rooms were clean, and was able to workout at the gym across the way at the Hotel Amrock. Staff provided me with an adapter at no charge (to charge US laptop). Room was cleaned daily. I really have nothing bad to say about...

The ambiance, the architecture and the family friendly staff and buildings / attractions are really amazing. We've stayed at this place at least 5 times before and were never disappointed. If you want to go swimming or to the spa area, go for it! If you like a nice show in the "Colosseo", feel free. If you just want to...

This is a good hotel to spend a couple of day at the Europa Park. Really close to the park and offers 30min of VIP access to it...quite convenient to have some free line to the games. The hotels structure offers a lot of food alternative and diversion...service is good but far from top...don't expect much in that sense. Nico

Pros: check in from 12pm instead of 3pm, very polite and helpful front desk (both check-in and -out experience), clean guest rooms and common areas, nice atmosphere for adults and kids, nice bar, good restaurants (tried the A La Carte and had the NZ entrecôte - really nice), conveniently located next to Europa Park (3 mins on foot), comfortable parking,...

A great place to stay with kids. One is really at ease in the (breakfast) restaurant and anywhere at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff helpful. Choice of both breakfast and evening buffet is breathtaking and delicious despite the crowds. Lively atmosphere. The pool is too cold, we stayed in April and the heating in the...

This hotel is one of a number that is directly linked to Europa Park. It has a "Roman" theme, staff included. Rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, as is the bathroom, so good for a couple of nights. Ours was a family room for four (one double bed and a bunk bed for two. Beds were comfy, although size of...

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times for an annual business trip held at the park. My favourite hotel is the US-themed Bell Rock. However, my #2 choice would be the Italian themed hotel Colosseo. The rooms are large with a big queen sized bed and two bunk beds for the kids. Rooms are very clean and staff...

Before I continue, I have to say that my mum is an absolute Europa-Park addict. As a consequence, I’ve spent a lot of holidays there as a wee lad, and we still go back at least twice a year. My personal focus has changed, however, from amusement park to wellness. The rides have lost the magic at which I’d marvelled...

The décor is well done and fun. Very Las Vegas. The rooms are small but well-appointed and decorated in the theme of the hotel. Service is excellent at reception and nobody has to wait long for check-in or out, although there are always a que waiting. Breakfast was another story. There are several self-service points, but they don’t all offer...

We have spent 4 nights with the family in a standard plus room overlooking the Piazza Roma. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The room is nicely decorated and furnished with themed furnitures as well. The room size for a family with 2 children is modest but OK. Staff is very helpful and well organised. There are many...
