Stayed here for a business event and we had family room. Beds are ver comfortable and had a good sleep. Rooftop bar gives a nice view and good drinks. Breakfast is good offers all one can need. Coffee was not so good but drinakable. Friendly and helpful reception. We had a good stay.

(This review is based on when the Europa Park is closed during the off-season and it's used as a facility for a dance festival - so parts of the hotel are not in use) I had five days at this hotel and the I love the quirkiness, when you arrive, it reminds me of a cross between Las Vegas and...

A wonderful set of rooms at the top of the castle with wonderful service, great views, and awesome experiences. Helpful and attentive service where you can relax with friends or romantically imbibe in the luxurious surroundings. An oasis of calm outside of the crowded spaces of the amusement park and the other on-site bars.

I loved staying at this hotel so much! The food is amazing, the park is within walking distance, and the staff is amazing. The only thing that I would like to suggest is that the staff should be more diverse in the languages that they can speak. Most of the staff could speak German and English, which was fine for...

Creepy at first, but the hotel grows on you. Very friendly staff - except waiters at the restaurants - not sure why they were rude, but everyone else great! Stayed in presidential suite and loved the quirkiness of the room. Great space, nice breakfast and excellent access to the park. One negative and it is a big one is very...

The hotel was average, but at the last day of our visit we had the most unpleasant experience. Since I am a world traveller, I can tell what we confronted this evening was very rude and had never happened to me or my family before. We are travelling as a party of ten, my husband, our two daughters, and two...

This hotel submerges you in the decorum of middle age Spain while providing 21st century comfort. We took the" Standard Room Plus With Park View" The room was very nice, large and comfortable (lots of storage for clothes and air-co). The staff is very friendly, multi lingual and has an eye for detail. My every need was catered for even...

The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. The kids loved it. The breakfast was great and, the hotel being in Europa Park, we got to go in 30 minutes before the gates of the Park open. This is a great opportunity to ride some of the bigger rides that normally have long ques.

Breakfast is very good (variety and taste), but the room is extremely basic: No safe, no coffee/tea set, no mini bar or refrigerator. I know it should resembles knights in a fortress, but hey, we are in 2016, we need some amenities. I hope other EuropePark hotel are better in this aspect.

Great theme hotel with friendly service. This was the 3rd time that we stayed in the Europapark. We always spent 2 days/1 night and we chose different theme-hotels everytime. For our family (kids 15-21) , the Europapark is the best attraction parc in Europe. The Castillo Alcazar is nicely decorated like an old spanish castle. The kids were impressed. Select...

“If you can choose a room that's as far away as possible from the park. We had a room on the eighth floor overlooking the park and the blue roller costers. We had to put up with the "OOOOOOOHHHH" and "AAAAAH" of the riders every few seconds of the day, up till the closing time (which varies). In our case it was till 21:30”
