We've stopped in this parks hotels 3 times now, and they have all been good. This is the new hotel, which will be next to the new water park. The room was excellent, a good size, and spotless, with a patio area. The food in the hotel was good, if not cheap. The staff were also excellent. It is a bit further from the park but the shuttle service runs every 15 minutes until after midnight so you can get to the park easily enough, or go to eat in the other hotels. There is a lot if construction work next door on the new water world but we didn't really hear any noise from it. Recommended

My family of four (husband, myself & two teens -- ages 13 & 15) stayed mid-June, 2018 so we could visit Europa Park. This was very shortly after the hotel first opened. It is beautifully decorated and is very visually appealing, striking a balance between graceful, yet themed for the children. The hotel staff seemed very knowledgeable and well trained. Our hotel was nicely decorated although a bit small. There is no porter service available. The parking lot is situated directly in front of the hotel. There is a bus and train tram that comes along every few minutes and is free of charge for guests to take you to the other hotels and Europa Park. Our breakfast was provided free as guests at a well appointed buffet in the large dining room located at the end of the hotel. The price of the breakfast was a part of the hotel charge. It was magnificently decorated. Cheers to the decorator for making it interesting! Omelette station, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals, coffee, tea - basically everything you could desire. The hotel is next to nearly perfection. My only complaint is that the air conditioning did not seem to work very well. We are from Florida so are very use to having our room temp around 73 degrees. It just seemed that the A/C could not make it. At night our room, which was facing to the back of the hotel, even with the curtains tightly drawn, would be brightly lit from the water feature and deck below. Pulsating light. This made the room exceptionally bright when trying to sleep. I highly recommend they look into repositioning these lights. Other than this, the hotel was really a joy to visit. A great concept. We overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Dear MrsJeffcott, thank you for the great review of our hotel! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, what we have succeeded in doing in this case. We have already passed on your criticism regarding the air conditioning system to our technicians, who will take care of it. Thank you very much for this note.
