Everytime I requested something at the reception, it was like asking a favor of her. For example, when I was asking for the welcome drink, she responded because of the covid 19, the voucher was no longer priveded while other Accor hôtels in France or Spain still provide the service as always. When my room card didn't work and it needed to be renewed, she told me that I should have been more careful with the magnet of the card as if I brought trouble to her. .. During the two nights stay, everytime I passed the reception, I was stressful and I tried avoiding the eye contact with that lady. I am a paying royal Accor customer and I don't think that is the feeling I should have during the stay. The rest is standard. Still recommended.

My stay was just for one night. I didn't sample the food but the restaurant looked really inviting and the aromas very tempting. The staff were attentive and welcoming with the check in being rapid and efficient. The room was clean tidy and well laid out. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The heating worked well and I spent a relaxing night. TV had a good choice of channels. No complaints at all. Check out was as efficient as the check in.

Very close (5-7mins) to the city center of Saint Emillion by car. Small but good room, not noisy, there is a steak restaurant next to it so easy to have dinner if you do not want to go to the center. For very short stays like 1-2 nights it is a good option

Our ferry was delayed so it was after 10.00pm when we arrived & we were delighted to get such A LOVELY MEAL AT THAT late hour. The welcome from the young waiting staff was warm & hearty. The place was buzzing & nothing was too much trouble. We had room number 1 & it probably hadn't been cleANED FOR SOME TIME
