The complex is super clean. I stayed at 406 a lovely 1 bed condo with breathtaking views from the balcony. The condo was clean and tidy and i loved that there was plenty of seating on the balcony,2 arm chairs,lounger,beach chair and small table and chairs that i had my brakfast at most mornings. I found it very simple to find my way around Palm Beach area it was looking for a supermarket for a big shop or a few items from Citgo across the street or a mini shop from the two local supermarkets at a 8 minute walk from the condo. I also found going out to eat was straight forward. There is a very nice Chinese restaurant 5 minute walk and add another 1.5 min there is a lovey Suriname restaurant also and these restaurants are to the right of the condo. Directly infront are Linda's Pancake house,Bingo,Munchies & Mercedes Snack Batido's. To the left of Cito is BBQ Express food truck and a subway store to the back. As you travel further to the left you find a mini food court just before local store definately worth a stop. As I travelled mainly on foot it was excellent to have places that were not too far from the condo to get tasty food. The condo was a veritable haven of peace and calm everything in place for a 3 week stay. The aesthetic of the condo is great it does lend itself to promoting calmness and tranquility. The pool looked to be cleaned every other day and it was wonderful to enjoy the pool area and meet other guests. The reception area was a lovely cooling breeze trap that you could sit for a while to cool down. (Lots of leaflets and a guide book in the condo for reference). Great stay look forward to going again

I feel like this place is a hidden gem but I may be wrong. Plenty of people know and love this place. Aruba can be a less affordable location to vacation for those of us that like to get away to a beach destination. Renting an airbnb condo can be more affordable compared to the Hilton Marriott or Riu Palace in Aruba. I have only good things to say about this place. There are literally 5 to 10 different restaurants within a 5 minute walk and at least 3 directly across the street. 1 of them being Linda's Dutch pancake house which is extremely popular so get there soon after they open otherwise you will battle the myriad of people jostling for a table that come over in their rentals and Taxis from the hotel zone. Walk 7 minutes and you have available to you 2 variety supermarkets that sell liquor, beer, cold drinks, food items, household and personal care and even souvenirs. Wendy's, Dominos, and McDonald's are at the roundabout. If you don't want to cook in your condo just walk 5 minutes down the road. A rental car isn't entirely necessary if your ok with navigating their public transportation but I ended up renting a car. There is free parking. I wanted to see Baby Beach and not be stuck on a tourist bus. There is a pool which I made good use of each day after my excursions to and from the beaches. This place has everything. It is quiet. It is serene. The views from the 5th floor are spectacular. They provide beach chairs and a cooler. Depending on which unit you book determines the company managing. I was able to get help booking excursions through them.

We have stayed at unit 412 on several occasions. We absolutely love it here. The condo is in such a wonderful location, that we walk to multiple restaurants including Wacky Wahoo, sole mare, Sultan and Papiamento. Across the street is a great new breakfast place called Munchies! We tried it for the first time and we will definitely be back upon every trip we make to Aruba. We love Linda's pancakes which is across the street and we also love Bingo Cafe. This unit has a washer and dryer which is very convenient. They also have a fully functioning kitchen, which is great though I don't cook much on vacation. The unit does come with a soft-sided cooler and sand chairs so that we can take them our adventures around the island.

Clean common areas & pool. This “upscale, elegant, deluxe furnishings, luxurious, modern, brand new, just a few steps away from the beaches” complex is 8 years old. Unit is more like a college dorm. Toilet & furniture are so low / Stains on the 4 tiny bed pillows, pillow protectors & pillowcases (replaced by request) / mattress with multiple stains and a flat sheet instead of mattress protector / splatter stains on white bedroom curtains / stained upholstery on all furniture & torn throw pillows / beat-up bedroom table / 2 cheap table lamps & torn shades / lamp without adapter to plug in / oversized, barely useable wall unit closet with 5 hangers opens into the bed / scratched living room side table / black defect across bathroom mirror / peeling Formica in kitchen / filthy throw rug. Permanent mold & mildew condition from AC. Smells horrible. Everything is musty. Loud dehumidifier runs all day & drains into the shower from a long moldy hose. Alarm sounds when water bucket is to be emptied several times & overnight The “fully equipped” kitchen has sparse & useless supplies, a cheap plastic utensil set that falls apart. 2 rusty, moldy beach chairs. Did not receive the cooler & bought 1 for the beach. Paid for an umbrella at Moomba Beach. The 10 days of supplies were only 1 roll of toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel roll, 1 kitchen trash bag, 2 bathroom trash bags, 2 mini soap bars, a 3 oz dish soap bottle, and ¼ of leftover bag of powdered laundry detergent. The unit is cramped for 2 people. Nowhere to sit in front of a mirror to apply makeup or use a hairdryer. There are outlets in the bathroom but no counter space and no outlets or counter near the hall mirror. Problems well known and not fixed. Guests pay cleaning fee, but are to strip beds, separate towels for housekeeping and clean the unit. Spent a lot on meals, supplies and hours cleaning. No onsite restaurant. 5 min drive to beach. Weekly housekeeping. No cleaning supplies. Can’t change rooms. Many rules & hefty fines. Communicating with management for 8 days with no resolution. Admitted that AC problem cannot be disclosed online since it’s bad for business. VRBO rejected my review twice requesting revision.

We have mixed emotions about our stay here, but honestly we'll probably book somewhere else in the future. The condo was well appointed and located in a nice area, and they do a good job keeping the grounds clean. That's about the best parts I can stay about our stay.
Our condo (Unit 312) had a musty smell inside when we got there that never seemed to go away. The bed was pretty uncomfortable with some obvious stains on the mattress. One of the closets in the bedroom was pretty much unusable because of the layout. We noticed a leaking sink drain in the kitchen, but it took us over an hour to get a hold of someone to fix it as the front desk was rarely staffed.
One night there was a group of people partying in the back barbecue area until almost midnight. With the layout of the condos, the noise was coming right into our bedroom and keeping us up. We tried to call security a few times, but they didn't speak English and trying to use Google Translate over the phone was almost impossible.
We sent an email that night about the problem, and tried to call the front desk again in the morning, but they both went unanswered.
Lastly, when we went to check out, we again called the front desk multiple times but no one answered. We walked down and no one was there. Eventually, we found one of the housekeepers who explained the manager that does the checkouts wouldn't be there until later in the morning. We had a flight to catch home, so we had to just leave her our room key with our information on a post-it note and hope that everything went ok.
At the airport, multiple calls to the condos as well as their management agency went unanswered, as well as any of our emails. We never got an email confirming that we had checked out, and still haven't heard from them as I write this review a week later.
In short, the units were spacious and updated, the condos were in a good area, but everything else around the stay was stressful and time consuming, the two things I definitely do not want while on vacation. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we had a major problem, and for that reason I would strongly discourage anyone from booking their stay here.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex condo and it was fabulous! This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and it did not disappoint!
The condo was on the top floor (5th floor) and the views were terrific! There is a beautiful, resort style, heated pool with gorgeous plantings all around the pool/common areas. The entire pool area is extremely clean and we often saw people mopping and cleaning very regularly.
There is a nice gym, playground area for the kids, basketball court and tennis courts, and a really nice outdoor bbq area as well. There is also 24 hour gated security and covered parking.
Palm Aruba is walking distance to Wacky Wahoo’s, Local Store, some food trucks, and across the street from Linda’s Dutch Pancakes and Bingoes.
Highly recommend on your next trip to Aruba as an alternative to staying in a hotel.

To start off needed a card to get onto the property,very nice property every thing was very nice apartment we stayed in was 409 very nice place looks to been just renovated 1 bedroom with lots of storage and a dresser large mirrors in bedroom bed was very comfortable But there was a huge pee stain on the mattress which when I removed the sheets to wash them I was pretty grossed out and if you didn’t keep the air conditioner on cool it would bet warm and smell like pee if your laying in the bed so had to sleep with all the blankets on the bed and slept with the beach towel as my blanket but besides that everything was good , bathroom was big enough and the is stackable washer dryer with was nice , kitchen when we Arrived fridge was not working called the owner she responded within 2 min and has someone fix it within 10 min ! Fridge had an ice maker so no need to buy ice ! Kitchen was equipped with everything you need it was very nice living room had a couch that the back dropped down to become a bed ,seen little ants on the floor and the odd one on the kitchen counter No TV in the living room even though it shows on in the pictures on tv in the bedroom , living room has all windows across very large balcony with 2 chairs and small table , come with beach 2 chairs, cooler over all place is really nice I guess my only complaint was the mattress need to be changed!

We went to the 2023 Soul Festival. Maud is the owner and one of THEE nicest people I have met. She is attentive, communicates consistently and does what she can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The condo came equipped with beach towels and chairs, floaties for the pool and even grocery bags. The condo is very clean and tidy. I appreciate that as I am normally creeped out about foreign rooms and beds. I clean the space myself and even bring my own bed sheets. But all if that stayed in my suitcase. Her staff are just as sweet as Maud is. O and she also has rental services which is convenient because you don't have to take the car back to check it in. Just leave it at the condo. Had a awesome experience! 💓😊

Another great experience at Palm Aruba condo #412. We stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We like the peace and serenity that comes with staying at Palm Aruba condos. It is close enough to the action, yet far away from the everyday noise and hustle and bustle of the high-rise area. We like to rent a car and then utilize the sand chairs and cooler that is provided with this unit. The balcony is perfect to sit and enjoy morning coffee before we start our day. This condo has great walkability, meaning that we can walk to many different great restaurants including Bingo Cafe, Sole Mare, Wacky Wahoo, and Papiamento. We will be back as this is a great, affordable place to stay.

The accommodation is beautiful and modern with all the amenities (pool, tennis court, basketball court, gym, outdoor bbq grills with bars). The condo is spacious and clean, with washer and dryer, clean sheets and towels, good quality bath gel and shampoo. The staff is respectful of your space and privacy. Absolutely no disturbance.
There is adequate and safe free parking. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance for dining. Subway, Wendys and Domino's are also within walking distance (less than 10 minutes).
I would highly recommend this place.
