We stayed there from 9/21/23 - 9/26/23….the property is beautiful! We had a very nice ocean view room on the 6th floor. The pools and beach are great….loved the calm warm waters of the ocean. We ate dinner at the Steakhouse and Italian restaurants on site. The food was very good, although the service was a little slow (I think they might have been under-staffed). Our favorite place to eat on the property was the beachside bar for lunches. We had about 5 different menu items from there for lunch over the course of our stay and loved each one of them!

The say you get what you pay for and this hotel was worth every penny!! The service is excellent. All the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond, from the front area reception and concierge, pool, beach, restaurants, coffee shop, cleaning service, and all others standing to assist with whatever is needed. The hotel is spotless and the grounds are lovely. The rooms are modern and large. I did not hear anyone in neighboring rooms. The food in the restaurants is delicious. You don’t have to worry about fighting for pool or beach chairs. The staff will find a nice place for you with no hassle. There is also beverage and food service on the beach. The beach is beautiful and the turquoise water is calm. There is live nighttime entertainment that is classy. It ends around 10pm so you don’t have to worry about noisy music blasting into your room at night. The hotel guests are cordial and respectful of one another. My family loved it. The only issue we had was the wind would blow sand on us while at the beach so make sure to bring your sun glasses. My family spent 8 days and 7 nights here. I highly recommend!!

This property just gets better and better! We come 3 to 4 times a year. Our last visit was for my birthday, our room was fantastic. The view was completely magical, but one of the biggest reasons besides The Ritz being the best hotel in Aruba that keeps us coming back is for the people!!!! not only are the people of the island the best of any island we've ever visited... and we travel more than half the year. The talent that work at this resort have become friends and family to us as well as many locals. They remember us time after time whether it's the pool bar , the front desk , the lobby, bar, or the casino they are always smiling and we feel a genuine warm welcome when we see the same talent, which speaks volumes for this property and the management team. The talent that work here stay here. 🤩Then there is Louella, the hotel manager, who has just been always amazing from the first time I had the pleasure of meeting her. They made my birthday so extra special in so many ways. For us this is also the best casino on the island. It is luxury and fun along with a great clientele, Not to mention the pitboss's and dealers are so professional and fun at the same time . There are definitely a few people. e talent that work at this resort have become friends and family to us as well as many locals. Samuel at the pool bar Gregg and Patricia at the lobby bar . Jonovan and Ian both amazing concierge ! They were able to fulfill any request, including reservations at some of the busiest restaurants on the island. The spa team especially Rose, who went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special, and just like everyone else always remembers me. There was another girl working in the kennel with Roz, unfortunately I do not remember her name, but she was so super sweet when I was booking my appointment. Zulaika the manager was on vacation but still sent her regards. I have to say it was one of the best massages of my life with Divee 🌟✨💫 Looking forward to our returned very shortly !!! 🤩

This was our 7th stay at the Ritz in Aruba and they knocked it out of the park again. The staff was amazing and the hotel was perfect. The Ritz has the best beach on Palm beach. Never to crowded and always felt our needs were being taken care of. We will be back next September for another amazing vacation.

By far, the BEST hotel experience we've ever had. We've stayed at Ritz, 4 Seasons et al across the globe and this trip was the best of the best. In a nutshell, I'd say it's the best because the people working there are HAPPY and it's genuine. The hotel is fully staffed, impeccably clean, and beautiful. We had a slight issue with our room (hot water issues) and the staff jumped into action to correct this issue. Rather than make us wait, they immediately moved us to another room - with a better view ( okay.. a spectacular room + view). The wait staff at the beach, in Nonna ( breakfast) were friendly and fun. Again, they want to go out of their way to make us happy. I generally don't write reviews but the Ritz Carlton Aruba moved me to do so. I'm a tough critic, believe me. This hotel delivers on every facet of customer excellence. Hands down. The only advice I'd give to anyone considering this hotel is to be aware that the elevator is in the middle of the hotel and your room may be a bit of a walk from the elevator. BUT, it's the Ritz Carlton - the rug in the hallway is dark Caribbean blue, with waves of grey. It's worth the walk. Seriously. In Aruba, and at the Ritz, no one asks for tips. You can drink the water from the faucets, taxi drivers are friendly. The island is safe. This hotel is a must, as it completes the loop of certainty when vacationing out of country. Congratulations, Ritz Carlton Aruba, for making this hard-to-please traveler so, so grateful. See you for my next big wedding anniversary. xo from New Jersey.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton in September 2023 and we had the best time ever. We rented a car at the airport and were pleased to find free valet parking upon arrival at the hotel. The check in process was easy and quick and we were greeted by the concierge with a glass of Prosecco. We were promptly shown to our room on the second floor by the bell hop. Upon entering our room the first thing we noticed was a beautiful balloon arrangement for our 25th Anniversary. The second thing we noticed was the amazing view straight out to the ocean. The room was large with a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge and a safe. The bathroom was oversized and nicely decorated as well as being well stocked with everything we should need. The room was very nicely decorated with lovely cactus art which actually made sense one we toured the island and saw all the cacti. We quickly changed and went to explore the beach area, we learned from an attendant that if you want a good sun bed in the first couple of rows you need to get up around 7-8am to claim one. The good ones do go quickly but there always seemed to be plenty of room for people. When we arrived there was a wedding happening which looked beautiful, but the worst part is it meant there was some groups of people which got irritating for my husband and I because we don’t tolerate much noise when we’re trying to relax. We can be irritated quickly, we are the first to admit😂. Other people might not have even noticed! By Monday the party had gone and the hotel seemed very quiet, mostly couples and thankfully not many children (we’ve raised ours and like I said, we like quiet!) If we go again we would go Sunday to Friday to avoid weekends. If you stay in the RCH you can access non motorized water sports for free. The water is amazing, clear, blue and was a wonderful temperature in September. The service on the beach from the staff was exceptional, keeping us well watered with cocktails and well fed with the food from Madero Pool and Beach Bar. The portions were generous and we often shared our meal. Everything was brought to us to enjoy on our sun-beds. There are several restaurants onsite and all are great quality but on the pricey side which we expected. One night we decided not to go out so we ordered room service. We had a wonderful surprise when it arrived in the format of a fine dining experience and very high quality food. The room service is excellent and they set it all up for you! So that night and the next (because it was so good) we ate room service in our bath robes! The staff that take care of the rooms are excellent and make sure that you’re well stocked with water, plenty of Nespresso pods and a turn down service at night with chocolates! On our actual 25th anniversary we had pre booked a special private dinner on the beach. You can do this in several spots but on the main beach it’s not as private as we would have liked. So we were told that because there wasn’t a wedding or other event going on we could have the very private Eternity Bridge beach location. It was so romantic, watching the sunset and enjoying the most flavorful four course meal I’d ever had. We had a private butler who waited on us so well making sure we had everything we needed. Joshua was so accommodating and we really enjoyed getting to know him, he took pictures of us at sunset and made everything even more special. My hubby and I even had a dance to “our” song. I highly recommend this experience for anyone celebrating a very special occasion. It certainly was an anniversary to remember. 💝 In general this is such a great place to stay, the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to remember your names, it makes a difference. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we are so glad we chose the Ritz Carlton. Only one thing I would change and that is the pillows, I don’t like feather but if that’s our only complaint I think that’s not bad at all! Book it now, you won’t regret it. 😊

After a long travel day, we arrived at the Ritz Carlton with high expectations and was left disappointed by our first impression. Was expecting at least a welcome drink at check in. However, we did get an upgrade to ocean front room which was great. The "fridge" in the room is only a cooler but we requested a fridge and a working hair dryer that they brought immediately. As our stay progressed, we ended up thoroughly enjoying our stay thanks to the lovely staff and Ritz amentities and would definitely return on future visits to Aruba. Pros - Hands down best part of the beach in Aruba. It's the last resort on the strip so someone isolated and less busy. The beach front is well maintained with access to free water activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, ect. --Perfect sunset - live music was amazing. Cons - Ritz didn't seem to do a great job of taking advantage of their beach front property. None of their on property restaurants or pools have a view of the ocean. The view is obstructed by giant shrubs. You can see a little bit from the italian restaurant) or from the balcony of the sushi bar. it would have been nice if they had a bar/restaurant right on the beach like their sister property, the Marriott. - Beach chairs/cushions looked dated. Pool - there is only two small pools which do not provide any ocean views. I'm not sure if it was the time of year we went but the water was unbearably warm, like a bath. Staff- were all amazing and really made our stay. I felt bad for them having to wear long sleeve and pants in 105 degree weather though. Just nice polo and shorts would probably be sufficient aend still look polished and professional. Restaurant - We onlly ate at the pool restaurant or had food on the beach. All the food and drinks were amazing. We got the shrimp tacos three times! You can walk along the beach and cut through the Holiday Inn to get to downtown area and all the nice restaurants. That's how we walked to Bohemian which was great. We saw a few beach bars that looked great for drinks and the walk itself was wonderful. Wish we did it every night.

Hands Down, The Ritz Carlton Aruba is the best Hotel Beach Resort & Casino in the Caribbean!! From the minute you arrive at the hotel, you are treated with the kind of white glove service you have come to expect from a Ritz Carlton Hotel. As you walk in through the lobby doors & gaze upon the crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches you are made to feel like a hotel should make you feel, like you are at your home away from home. Being the last hotel resort on the spectacular Palm Beach, the beach front accommodations are the best on the island. Servers zip through guest’s lounge chairs on their motorized Segway’s slinging frozen daiquiris & bar bites at a feverish pace! Be sure to stop by Manu’s pop up car bar serving all sorts of tantalizing drink concoctions in their Ritz Carlton stamped Coconuts. If the Casino is your thing, then you need to call Rino, the Caribbean’s best player relations & casino host! Much like walking into the bar at Cheer’s, the casino dealers take pride in knowing their players names and favorite games to play. Unlike other casinos on the island, the Ritz casino provides the same rush inducing games but in a more exclusive atmosphere. Legends say that if you are able make Bobby, one of the casino floor managers smile, your rewards on the tables will be endless!! As an avid traveler & casino enthusiast, the Ritz Carlton Resort & Casino is one of the few resorts that I visit various times a year. Their fine tuned mix of high level service, spectacular beach, beach front views & tantalizing casino play makes the Ritz Carlton Aruba my top spot in the Caribbean. Lastly, having traveled much of the world, I can honestly say, the Sunset views at the Ritz Carlton Aruba are one of the most spectacular ones to be seen .. don’t miss them once you are there!!

This was our first time staying at the ritz and in the “high rise area”. The water and beach here is exquisite: clear, calm, and just perfect for floating around and enjoying a cocktail. The beach bar and staff are incredible and attentive. We stayed in a king ocean front room and It was perfect: Always clean and turn down service everyday. We enjoyed walking past the other hotels toward the pier area. Nice mostly paved path or along the beach. We especially enjoyed the casino. The staff there were friendly and lively.
